This was a welcoming experience today. Not only did Lourdes help with cosmetics, which I had questions about, but also Robert told me information about a Thrifty ice cream scoop that I was thinking about buying. Both showed extreme customer service.It made my Rite Aid shopping experience delightful and totally surprising.

Posting for my husband..Pickup was difficult. Cashier wanted me to pull up the actual email, live on my phone instead of a screen shot, of my computer screen.. I'm 65. I don't use my phone for email. After treating me like I was trying to steal that bottle of tylenol, she relented. Ill go to target next time.
