The man (Mark Montes) and the woman (I didn't catch her name) at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming, and Frank Moreno was very friendly, helpful and patient with me and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

Due to the holidays bankers were not available however shot out to mark for being so patient and helpful he showed me how to make the appointment right from the app and saved me a lot of time instead of just going to different branches finding out if they have anything available .
