This chase branch sucks, drivethru atm never works neither does the after hours doors for the atms, always a line of people because the 1 atm that does work sucks

This bank always has 1 or 2 tellers and a line of 10+ customers. It’s ridiculous. Worst customer service.

Horrible customer service, very lazy. I walked in to open up a dedicated account for my son and they said it can take 2-3 days to verify I go to Bank of America and they open it same day. I have accounts with Chase but I will be cancelling. What a waste of time and my business.
