“On 12/6/2025 I walked in looking for a simple Oil change. I drove from Gilroy, CA because my husband was there to run the California International Marathon. I usually go to my sister’s shop to do an oil change but I didn’t want to wait and drive back to Gilroy after the Marathon and my husband was freaking out about the change oil light being on.

A gentleman I want to say his name was Alex was super helpful. He gave me a great deal along with him and the other guys that were there that day found my car needs more than just an oil change. They showed me what it needed and I just decided to do it all there. Alex was nice and he helped me out. Honestly it was a really good experience. If I didn’t live so far I would go there more often but as someone that was just passing by they were amazing and super helpful as well as knowledgeable. I know about cars they were amazing at not dumbing down terms for me. I honestly appreciate that. They spoke to me about what my car needed and also showed me the problem my car had honestly best customer service I have ever had. If I am ever in the area again and need help with my car I know exactly where to go.”

“Sams club tires and battery is really awesome! They did my tesla compared to the one location in citrus heights their techs said they do not work on tesla vehicles which is odd because they have couple three point lift and sams in folsom only has one and they are able to take my tesla in. Also folsom location tires and battery techs are super cool and helpful. They seem like they are having fun while busy working on cars.”
