“I will say I came in at 11am on a Thursday for an oil change and it typically takes 45 minutes to an hour, but I didn't leave until 2:45pm. I probably would have taken an Uber home if I knew they would take that long. The customer service was great and they were professional and gave me a discount which made me happy. I am a mechanics daughter so I can understand if they were understaffed or had new people.”

“Toyota told me it would be over $300 to change the hatch release button cover on my 2007 Toyota. I purchased the button cover on Amazon--$8.00 and Eddie unscrewed the old one, cleaned off the melted rubber and put on the new one.! I had some other work done, so he didn't even charge me for that. Perhaps if he were just doing that there would be a charge, but it will be double digits and and not $300. Thank you, Eddie. You'll be seeing more of my car!!”

“I found a screw in my tire over the weekend. I showed up soon after calling Dave about pricing and availability, and they were able to get me in and out within 30 minutes. When Dave handed me my keys, he told me to have a great rest of the weekend and wouldn't charge me for the repair. I understand that it doesn't take much effort nor is a costly service, but it's a business and charging me is the bare minimum I'd expect. Thanks, Dave!”

“This guy is really great! Got some new tires put on for a super reasonable price. Then when my boyfriend ran over a nail a few months later in my car we brought it over to see if he'd patch it up for us real quick. I think he said he'd rather not patch it as it might not hold up, but my boyfriend insisted that we were in a hurry and just needed a quick fix. He ended up telling us he wasn't feeling great about the job he did patching it and that since we bought the tires here in the first place, he'd just replace it for free if we came back at a better time for us! Whaaaat. I wasn't even able to make it back for another week or 2 and his patch DID hold up fine, but he still gave me the tire when I came back :,) Thought that was super cool of him considering he didn't have to do any of it for us at all! Quick, cheap, reliable business”

The service manager at this location is great as well. I’ve left him messages when I’ve had my check engine light on or if I need to get my car in right away and he calls me right back. I moved here from the Bay Area and never received the great service and friendliness from any of the GM/Chevy Service departments there as I do here. I would highly recommend as they are so friendly when you walk in and make you feel comfortable.”

“I'm a Costco person at heart, but there are some items that Sam's Club has that Costco does not. Sam's Club is definitely not as crowded as Costco, so that helps with saving time. But then again, they don't have most of the items I usually get haha.If you don't have the Sam's Club App, I highly recommend you download it. Their "Scan & Go" is an awesome feature that I didn't know I needed. You don't have to stand in line for check out. You are your own cashier, so if you feel you were over charged by scanning an item more than once, you only have yourself to blame haha. The convenience factor of their "Scan & Go" feature is a huge plus over Costco. I mean, what's really the point of the Costco app aside from showing your digital membership card haha.”

The initial recommendation given to us left us with some questions and concerns but Geoff was patient, helpful, and understanding of our concerns. “Today, I dropped my vehicle off to have Big O install a TPMS sensor I purchased from Folsom Lake Hyundai, Jonathan called me around 1 pm. and said the sensor you provided is either bad, but I believe it's not the correct sensor. Sure enough it in fact, was not the correct one. After back and forth with Folsom Lake Hyundai, they decided not to take responsibility for their mistake, so I decided to have Big O replace with one of theirs and guess what! Problem Solved.
