“The employee taking care of my service went above and beyond. He offered paper and crayons to my 4-year-old so that she would be able to occupy herself while we waited for my vehicle. Professional, friendly, thoughtful.”

“Had THE best experience at Folsom Automotive. I made a huge mistake and overfilled the oil in my car. It was leaking more and I knew I had to get it looked at. I drove over to the shop unannounced and put my worries to rest. They took me home while they waiting for an opportunity to squeeze my car in, then adjusted the levels and after they fixed my mistake they brought the car back to me. And they didn’t charge me. Such amazing service and I will continue to bring my car here for years to come.”

“My son's 2005 Honda Civic had so many issues and Mike was a rock star in helping us fix the most critical things. To be fair, my son wasn't the best at maintaining this car but with the help of Mike's guidance and the skill of his team, the car was "road ready" in two days with a list of things that need to be done but weren't "critical". Now with the list of things that need to be done, in priority order, we will chip away at one thing at a time to make the car last a bit longer. I'm so grateful... Thanks Mike and team!”

“I have been taking my vehicals here for about 9 years now. Their honesty and integrity is paramount. They are knowledgeable and accommodating of financial needs to prioritize work to reduce cost. Hank and John are great people that I have interacted with the most over the years though everyone has been awesome. Definatly would recommend Automotive Services Unlimited to anyone.”

“Toyota told me it would be over $300 to change the hatch release button cover on my 2007 Toyota. I purchased the button cover on Amazon--$8.00 and Eddie unscrewed the old one, cleaned off the melted rubber and put on the new one.! I had some other work done, so he didn't even charge me for that. Perhaps if he were just doing that there would be a charge, but it will be double digits and and not $300. Thank you, Eddie. You'll be seeing more of my car!!”

“I found a screw in my tire over the weekend. I showed up soon after calling Dave about pricing and availability, and they were able to get me in and out within 30 minutes. When Dave handed me my keys, he told me to have a great rest of the weekend and wouldn't charge me for the repair. I understand that it doesn't take much effort nor is a costly service, but it's a business and charging me is the bare minimum I'd expect. Thanks, Dave!”

“I have always been very pleased with the customer staff ; very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was there the other day after they had closed. I was concerned that my car was low on oil asit was time for an oil change. Anthony was kind enough to check and oil until I was able to come back another day. I was very grateful.”

“I went in with a bolt head that was snapped off my skid plate from my last oil change. They were able to remove it and even had a random spare laying around to replace it with. Timothy, Jacob, Blake and Jack were all very helpful, polite and upbeat. I'll be back”

“So I needed to sell my car this weekend. Only problem was that the check engine light was on. I had gotten the problem diagnosed and was told the only thing I needed to replace was the PCV valve. Since I didn't have the time or the money to get it fixed at my usual mechanic I figured that I, a single 30-year old woman with little education on cars, could fix it myself. After a half hour of watching Youtube videos I realized that I didn't actually have access to any of the tools I would need to get this fixed. I also was going to get my car detailed at Folsom Glenn so I figured, what the hell I'll see if they can help me with this too. I pulled up and spoke to a man who was in the garage and told him my predicament. He had me pull the car up, and was able to put the PCV valve on easily, and when I thanked him and asked him how much, he told me it was no charge. I didn't catch this man's name, but whoever you were, thank you so much! After the repair, I take the car over to detailing and Carlos was able to quickly do an interior detailing for me. Since it was raining that day, there was hardly anyone else there and he was able to get it done in an hour and a half for an Express Interior detailing service. The car was nearly immaculate on the inside and smelled great. The best part of all of this was that I was able to get the car sold at full asking price yesterday at the Sierra College Auto Fair less than an hour after I brought it in. Without the help of the great team at Folsom Glenn this would not have been possible. Thanks so much guys!”
