Poor service, horrible billing department and staffed by surly burned out employees who are just taking up space and collecting a check - wish there were better options on the area!

Very poorly staffed and very slow! It took them an hour to see 4 people. The girls are young and immature, who hires these bimbos ? Quest needs to things together and operate a better business.

Made an appointment for Saturday. Nobody was working the front desk. It was chaos. It wasn't until an hour after my appointment that they saw me to draw my blood for 2 minutes. I might as well go to the hood as it can't be this bad of service.
