“Sutherland helped us out finding the perfect base for our project. He explained throughly why each base was different and which ones would best be suited for our project. We were able to come up with a great alternative that will save us less work and hold a better duration and color for our RV exterior.

“Always professional, speedy, and cost comparative. And their color matching is on point!! My complex uses 5 different exterior colors, and 2 different interior colors, and has always been 100% spot on. And the one time it wasn't, it was because my sample turned out to be off. Highly recommend.

“After several fruitless attempts to find color matching stain at Lowes and Home Depot I decide to try Sherwin-Williams, where they custom matched the color for me at a mere dollar more than the big box stores. No more having to deal with the idiot at Lowes who tried very hard to argue that green is the new brown.”
“I can’t say enough about Sherwin-Williams at greenback and fair Oaks. Chris was especially helpful. We were repainting a house interior. I don’t have a good eye for picking out whites and one that would work with existing tile. And there are so many whites. I took the sample in. He was so helpful and so thorough and patient with me. He really took his time, looking carefully at the tile sample and picked out some great colors for the wall and trim. Five stars for sure!”
“They give military discounts. They often have the stuff the other two big stores don't have. It's easy to find someone to help you there. I ordered a custom exterior door. You never know what they will have on clearance there. Today they had a skill radial arm saw for a hundred and fifty bucks . That's like 100 off.”
“This warehouse delivers. If you have done your homework you will find the treasure deals. For instance the faucets were priced lower at Lowe's but the tile flooring was substantially lower priced here. Well worth a visit if you're remodeling!”

He gave me the information that I have been searching weeks for in an instant and was so polite and professional. I don't know the what his position is with this company but if he isn't up there in ranking he should be. You WILL lose him to someone else if you don't show your appreciation for him. There are very few places that still believe in High Customer Services. Not that we do "a lot" of business with you all but you can about bet I will never go to another location as long as he is there.
