She explained how to proceed within the process of a remodeling. She helped me realize what colors I was drawn to in these projects. Based on my input, she responded and showed me a color choice that I fell in love with. I went home with three paint samples. Vanessa is knowledgeable, kind, informative and congenial. “I can't believe I've been wasting all this time going to Lowe's and Home Depot for painting supplies when I could've been coming to this awesome little shop, which has everything I need, the whole time. Not only that, but they are friendly and knowledgeable. I had a problem to solve, and they expertly worked through it with me. They threw in some extras, including a T-shirt and a discount. And then Stan carried the box of painting supplies to my car. How cool is that? I have no idea how they could've made a better first impression, unless they came over and finished up the painting for me. Seriously, I am super impressed with the customer service and the quality of the products.”
