Due to the recent development with COVID-19 pandemic, I reached out to Ms. C*** requesting a full refund and cancelation of this event in writing, by email. I received a call back from Ms. C*** explaining her no refund policy and intent to reschedule this event to later in the year. With this, I cited the following reasons this would not be feasible for me: (1) Uncertainty with income during this pandemic, and uncertainty of the disposition of my 401K due to the volatility of the stockmarket during this pandemic (401K is nearly at zero!), (2) I am among the high-risk group and intended to observe the precautions recommended by state government and the CDC (age, compromised immune system), and, (3) I am primary caregiver for my already fragile Mother, and didn’t want to put her at risk. Ms. C*** again reminded me of her policy, but agreed with me that this was a unique situation She ended the call, letting me know a staff member would be in touch with me the following day. However, the next day, instead of receiving confirmation of my refund, I received an email for her again reiterating her no-refund policy, offering her sympathy and notifying me of her decision to reschedule rather than refund, even after I was clear I had no interest in rescheduling to due a myriad of reasons. I am suing her because we appear to be at an impasse. Airline, Entertainment businesses and all travel-related businesses have been issuing refunds. The government is even compensating these these businesses for loss in revenue. It baffles me as to how she would maintain her stance on refunds during the time in our history. And she preaches about mental and emotional wellness... really? Mama Bootcamp - ******* ****** *** ******* ******** * ***** * ************* ******** **** ** **** * ****** ******** ... Read More
