“12/21/2023: OOOOOoof~My iPhone screen cracked~I must visit First Response Phone Repair!!!! Customer Service Support, Joanna stated it will take an hour and an half replacing screen; however, to my surprised, utter delight, the iPhone screen was replaced in 45-minutes! WOW!!!! In addition, I purchased a privacy screen and an Otterbox protecting my iPhone; I do like the Otterbox but, the privacy screen is difficult using a computer screen stylus and doesn't allow using the Face ID Recognition. Oh, well . . . Regardless, I'll return should I need a cellphone repaired or need cellphone accessories.”

“My key fob from my 2005 Mercedes Benz clk 500 was old and damaged and not working anymore, it would just drain new batteries, a worker there told me I need to replace my key fob case, so I bought one from eBay and brought it to them, they cut open my old key fob and switched the electronics to the new key fob and now it works great, thank you batteries plus bulbs, you saved me hundreds of dollars from having to buy a new fob from Mercedes Benz”

“I been to 2 of these locations the 1 on arden and this 1 citrus heights. I never had an issue with arden until i purchased the z fold i was told by the location in arden that i had to order a new 1 because they can not fix the screen. No was not about having the part in stock. He just flat out said they couldnt repair it. I called citrus heights just to see and they told me yes they could have repaired it. But i needed data transfer from my phone and laptop. Let me tell you they will give you plenty options and are very experienced in tech. This 1 is out of my way but definitely coming for all repairs.”

“Walked in to see how much they charge to fix my phone. Couldn’t charge it! The gentleman said $10. Took him literally a second to remove a piece of plastic! He also wiped and blow out the bottom holes in the phone! Then didn’t even charge me!”
