Was in a very minor accident. My insurance company asked me to pick a shop between here and two others. I chose this shop on a whim based on Google reviews.
Right from the phone call to schedule my appointment, to working with their employee Brian, I was treated professionally and with respect.
My appointment took MAYBE a total of 30 minutes. Brian took pictures of my vehicle per insurance protocol and then went inside to finish estimate. Afterwards, Brian came outside with a paint solvent and (at no charge) removed the paint from the other vehicle from my bumper, as well as another spot that was separate that I could not remove with a clay bar. Brian answered questions regarding some other body damage done to my vehicle from a separate incident.
Brian was completely honest with me regardless of whether I decided to have the work done or not, and explained the whole process thoroughly.
In the office, the staff seemed like one big family. It was great to see. Some businesses just get it right. I even witnessed another customer’s appreciation as he dropped off pastries for the staff as a token of his gratitude for how he was treated and the services he was rendered. Could not recommend Krafts Body Shop more.”

“I've gone to Ken's for two different repairs, and each time he went above and beyond to help me get back on the road quickly and safely. Most recently, my car's bumper had been in an accident and was hanging dangerously askew. Without even hesitating, Ken was on his back beneath the car, fastening the bumper on so that it would hold securely until our appointment could be scheduled. Without his help, we would have been wrapping the car in duct tape just to be able to use the freeway safely. Ken and his team are kind, prompt, knowledgable, professional, and reasonably priced. I hope we don't need any more bumpers fastened on, but if we do, we're heading to Ken's.”

“I worked with Morgan from sales and Kali in finance on the purchase of a new Ford 150 Lightning. Both of these folks were extremely professional and no nonsense. Morgan kept me updated throughout Ford's manufacturing process for the truck, and gave me lot's of great information prior to the sale. Including making sure I had full visibility on all taxes, fees, rebates, and financing available.When I got to the dealership, Morgan efficiently ran me through a couple warranty and maintenance plans, and after I let them know I wouldn't need those, Kali in finance swiftly completed the paperwork with me. She had everything already printed and ready to go, she was expert at guiding me through each place I had to sign, and then we were done!Morgan meanwhile was outside cleaning the windows, installed the front license plate and making sure the truck was ready for me to drive away. He even took the time to show me some of his favorite features on the truck, and then I drove off. Seriously the most painless car buying experience I've had across German luxury cars, Japanese imports and now Fords. Really impressed and would go again to this dealer.”
“Winchester has been my family's auto parts store of choice since I was a child in the 1990's. Best selection, best pricing, best employees in town. I've never left a review, but I had an exceptional experience there the other day. I picked up my car from the mechanic and it desperately needed a new battery. It was 12:35 when I left, and I had an appointment to make at 1. I stopped by thinking I'd grab the battery and go, leaving my car running in the lot. Well, turning out of the lot, my car stalls due to a lack of electricity. I run in panicked asking for a jump, and instead, an employee, Ben, asks how hard it is to change. I tell him I have no idea, but it's not that easy. He's eager to help, comes out to the car with me, and we figure it out. Ben goes inside, gets the right ratchet (he expertly eyeballed the correct size and only brings the one), and gets to work. With his help, we change the battery within 5 minutes, and I tell him I don't care if I'm late, I'll take my core charge back. He runs in with my old battery and receipt to start the transaction, I finish up with the car, go in and he's ready to complete the refund. Thanks to Ben, I get to my appointment on time! Ben's an amazing dude, hope Winchester sees that and values him as much as me. Thanks Winchester, and a particularly big thanks to my boy Ben!”

“Fairly large and very well stocked store providing automotive parts, accessories, fluids & lubes, manuals, and all the vehicle things that the "big two" competitors have, but way more than the Big Two. For example, they probably have at least 50% more electrical connectors and components. They had a rare Haynes service manual for my Toyota Previa. It cost about $10 more than the common, late model manuals at other stores, but in over 10 years of looking, it's the first time I've ever seen that manual onna shelf anywhere.
They also have an in-house auto service center (mechanic/garage). They're pricey though.
But i think the best aspect out this store is that it's one of the last parts stores that still has knowledgeable, helpful gearheads behind the counter who have automotive experience and know what they're talking about. (Also ranking high for customer service is Midcounty Auto Parts and tje tiny Boulder Creek Auto Parts store (actual name i can't remember).
Every time i go in there I tell myself I have to remember to go in there more often. Then forget, and repeat.
