“Met with Greg last week and today we ordered everything for my truck. Very straight forward and to the point,I appreciate that especially for someone unfamiliar with some of the lingo. 25 years in business says a lot. UPDATE Wow the customer service afterwards is non existent. They put the wrong running boards on and didn’t even offer to replace them now I’m stuck not being able to reach my tool box without getting in the truck bed. UPDATE2 After 4 years I went back for new tires and grumpy Greg took down my info tire size etc. and NEVER called me back. I reached out after a week and he acted like he had no idea who I was. I decided to take my business else where to a place that wants my hard earned $ and has great customer service. Big O tires hooked me up and is always happy to see me for free regular rotations, dry reasonable oil changes etc etc. I actually tried several 4x4 shops that ended up not being able to help me. Who knew Big O was the place. Avoid Santa Cruz 4x4 unless your buddy buddy with Greg. It’s a shame.”

“I'm very thankful to Fanucci Auto Body. My case was slow to get going, because the other guy's auto insurance (a big name company) took their sweet time approving everything. But once Funucci received approval and their funds, they kicked into high gear. I asked them for updates, and they were really good with phoning in updates to me. This was a very helpful, as I had to plan a few days of car rental just right. They finished the work pretty much when they predicted it would be done. All their office staff were attentive and thoroughly professional. They had to order two used passenger side doors for my Kia Soul, but they did an excellent job of matching up the paint. Seriously, once they got rolling, this couldn't have gone any better or smoother. I can safely recommend Fanucci.”

“I give a 4/5. Communication between Brian and I was amazing. He's great, made sure he kept me in the loop with my car the whole time when it came to what was going to be fixed/when it'll be done/ and helping me deal with frustrating insurance stuff. Glad he was there to help me this whole way. I did have some complications though when it came to my car: when I picked it up: the tires were replaced on the wrong side and had a gash on them still ? But they took it back to fix it and that took 15 min. Then I find more scratches & chipped paint on the inside of my door that wasn't there after the accident or caused by me. So I had to take my car back and point it all out: thankfully they fixed it without hesitation. Last comment, one of the ladies in the front desk that sits in the back was rude. She was not patient when it came to me asking her questions and was very snippy with me. For the value, thankfully other insurance companies covered almost all of it but somehow I had to pay around $25-$30 out of pocket for tire replacement fees?”

Including making sure I had full visibility on all taxes, fees, rebates, and financing available.When I got to the dealership, Morgan efficiently ran me through a couple warranty and maintenance plans, and after I let them know I wouldn't need those, Kali in finance swiftly completed the paperwork with me. She had everything already printed and ready to go, she was expert at guiding me through each place I had to sign, and then we were done!Morgan meanwhile was outside cleaning the windows, installed the front license plate and making sure the truck was ready for me to drive away. He even took the time to show me some of his favorite features on the truck, and then I drove off. Their workers are a mix of friendly and just doing their job, but when one of them miscommunicated a warranty policy on a battery, Javier made it right.Glad to have these guys, but and gave 5 stars because of the made up mistake, but anyone who buys a battery here should know that once the battery is used even once they will NOT exchange it for a different size. That's their policy, you should know because it won't necessarily be explained that way.Cheers.”

“Luis and the sales department at North Bay Ford provided me with an easy and smooth purchase of my newest car a pre-owned 2017 Chevrolet Volt. Last Sunday during the wild wind swept storm a limb from the redwood tree in my front yard demolished my sweet 2008 Prius. I needed a car as our insurance company was quick to settle and would only provide a week of replacement transportation. We were first looking at a Prius but didn't like the pricing. We new we wanted a hybrid and the search led us to the Chevy Volt. What a pleasant surprise. I saw one listed over the hill and test drove it. It was a 2016 with lots of miles and issues and no warranty. That night I saw the newly listed Volt on Carfax and it was being sold by North Bay in Santa Cruz. I called NB and Luis answered the call. He seemed eager to help and I was there the next morning inspecting the car. It was super clean, without dings and appeared to be in perfect condition. He asked me if I wanted to test drive it. To his surprise I declined and said to him, "Let's go in and try to make a deal". We quickly agreed on a price and soon I was driving my Volt home. Oh, did I mention that it came with a 4 month, 3,000 mile warranty? I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.”
