I originally wanted a 10x15unit at a different storage and I told her what I was storing and and she told I would need a 10x22 to store everything I was trying to move and that’s what I got. So happy cause the 10x22 would have definitely been to small!! Thank you ?”

“For anyone looking to store their RV, Motorhome, etc - SunRay Storage is one of the best places we've found in the Fairfield, CA area to do so. Month-to-month site rental costs are the best in the area, storage site is level and clean, automated access gates are keypad-coded and easy to use, and they have video surveillance at the entry gates and around the lot. Spaces provided are a good size as well. Folks who run the place are very friendly also. Check them out!”

“The price for unit size are fair in comparison to other places around this area. The location isn't the most convenient as it's on Peabody which is a long, 2 lane back road that can get a lot of traffic throughout the day. The facility is very clean and they have a lot of cameras so you definitely don't have to worry about your stuff, which is a plus. The biggest drawback is that access hours are from 6am-9pm and if you are there after 9pm, they charge you a fee of $25 for the first 30 minutes then an additional $25 for each 30 minutes after - which is CRAZY. They also don't allow access on any federal holidays, which is super inconvenient. However, those 2 things are pretty affordable so all in all I give them 4/5 stars.”

“Storage units are very clean and the storage facility manager is super friendly and very helpful with information. I only wished they had later hours of operations for entry and exit. 5pm at is still very early and there's days I'm still needing to get into the unit but can't. Way back years ago you could pay a fee and have access for later times. That's no more.”

“Service was great. We got this storage for about $180 a month in 2020. Then in Jan 2023 rent went up $243, to almost $300 Oct 2023. Rents were just too high so we had to leave. Otherwise, the staff are very nice and storage is very secure.”

“I had a reservation for a truck at 8:00 am. When I entered the office, the two women there barely made eye contact. There was no greeting. Just a "how may I help you", but it was very dry and unwelcoming. It wasn't just her. The other lady was uninviting as well, she just wasn't the one that assisted me. I think it would be good to train the team that no matter how early it is, no matter what is going on in their business or personal lives A smile goes a long way. She was initially very dry. However, I knew I had a long day ahead of me so I presented with the warm and welcoming environment that I wished I had walked into. By the end of our transaction, she warmed up. And guess what? She has a lovely personality. I hope that she shares that more with customers when they walk in the door. So for that, I added another star to the 3 stars I was going to give. Customer service goes a long way and more companies, large or small, should invest in the detailed training of their employees in this area. Customer service, isn't common sense, as common sense isn't "common". A standard of customer experience should be adopted.”

“This was by far my best U-Haul experience. The staff was very friendly, from the young lady in the office to the guys in the yard. They were organized and efficient and the truck was in great working condition and very clean. I would definitely recommend using this location for your rental needs.”

“Was surprised they were able to get our cabinets delivered so quickly during the holidays. Our area is not an easy place to get trucks into but the driver was efficient and answered all of my questions. There was damage to the box when it arrived at their warehouse but they noticed right away and I was able to get my cabinet re ordered before the other cabinets were delivered and we look forward to their business when that new piece comes.”

“I was helped by Jessica who personally took me to the storage unit after signing a contract. She was very friendly and helpful and made sure I felt comfortable. I left my driver's license in the office and when I went back later they had it for me so I was so thankful not to lose it! The unit was larger than I was expecting too, since sometimes, even with the help of pictures, you can't see the unit in your head until you are physically standing in it.”

“So far so good! I'm new to using this storage establishment. I've been a customer for a couple of months now. I'm happy with the customer service I have received. Very friendly, helpful and informative. If I call and don't get an answer. I get a return call shortly after. I've noticed the area near my storage space has rodent traps. So I'm glad there is an exterminator service being provided. The only downside for me are the hours allowed to enter the storage areas. I personally feel 9am - 5pm doesn't allow me enough time. Before or after work if i need to enter my storage space.”

He's strict on the rules so make sure you're in and out before 7pm or you may get stuck.He got me a killer rate at the lady minute and helped me when I was in a jam and needed to move ASAP! My first experience going through this business in February was excellent so when I needed a U-Haul again in September, I knew exactly who I would check first. If they do not have what you need, they will assist you with finding other options in area. Very friendly people! Very close to freeway. Note: Only one parking space on property, but plenty of street parking available!”
