“I had a reservation for a truck at 8:00 am. When I entered the office, the two women there barely made eye contact. There was no greeting. Just a "how may I help you", but it was very dry and unwelcoming. It wasn't just her. The other lady was uninviting as well, she just wasn't the one that assisted me. I think it would be good to train the team that no matter how early it is, no matter what is going on in their business or personal lives A smile goes a long way. She was initially very dry. However, I knew I had a long day ahead of me so I presented with the warm and welcoming environment that I wished I had walked into. By the end of our transaction, she warmed up. And guess what? She has a lovely personality. I hope that she shares that more with customers when they walk in the door. So for that, I added another star to the 3 stars I was going to give. Customer service goes a long way and more companies, large or small, should invest in the detailed training of their employees in this area. Customer service, isn't common sense, as common sense isn't "common". A standard of customer experience should be adopted.”
“Was surprised they were able to get our cabinets delivered so quickly during the holidays. Our area is not an easy place to get trucks into but the driver was efficient and answered all of my questions. There was damage to the box when it arrived at their warehouse but they noticed right away and I was able to get my cabinet re ordered before the other cabinets were delivered and we look forward to their business when that new piece comes.”
“Don't be discouraged by the name, because it is far from it. Not only are the vehicles here 100% reliable and dependable. And I have been renting my cars here for a while now, and not one of the vehicles that I have rented uptil now has never let me down. Plus the people here, from the staff,the mechanics and management.Let me tell you, are really good people, and hands down some of the most friendly, kindhearted, and very understanding people that I have ever met. And professionally are very open and flexible and always are attentive to their customers needs and are willing to work with you to make sure that you are well taken care of. And that's why I have made rent A wreck, and Auto leasing and consulting services. My only go to place for my car rentals. And I highly recommend and suggest that you should do the same. My first experience going through this business in February was excellent so when I needed a U-Haul again in September, I knew exactly who I would check first. If they do not have what you need, they will assist you with finding other options in area. Very friendly people! Very close to freeway. Note: Only one parking space on property, but plenty of street parking available!”
“Today I went in for some LED household lights and great deal on. Milwaukee Compact Drill. The customer service of 2 people (Madaleese & Dave) in the tool department was above and beyond the call of duty. The Milwaukee was stored down under the lowest shelf locked up & the combo were extremely difficult to manipulate for both of them. They both laid on the ground to access 2 locks and retrieve the drill I wanted. I thanked them for their efforts and they thanked me for the business. With customer service like this it's no wonder I keep returning to my neighborhood Home Depot. Of course the tool was of great value, as it was on sale with 2 extra goodies included!”

“I had the best experience at Budget! I was a bit nervous because of the negative comments but I will now only choose Budget. First their prices were the best by far, I moved from Tennessee to California as a single 66 year old woman. They made sure I had a very reliable truck, it only had 6k miles, very clean and plenty of connections for my phone. Everyone was so pleasant and made what was a scary process so easy. Highly recommend!!!!”
