“This morning I upgraded from an iPhone 10 to the beautiful pink iPhone 15. Both Casey and Jonathon were absolutely amazing to work with when picking out screen protectors to chargers and of course, transferring the old phone to the new one. It was so quick and the phone works wonderfully.

“Customer service is insanely good at T-Mobile. Their stores can be a bit different though. I recommend doing everything by phone when dealing with T-Mobile. If all the personnel in their stores were as good as the call center and if T-Mobile had better coverage I'd give them 5 stars.”
“I decided to return to Verizon because the cell service is truly unmatched in my area. I had the pleasure of being helped by Anna and she was very knowledgeable on all the promotions and ways to save me the most during this transition. I ended up having to stay over their operating hours and the manager there, Tyler, was very understanding and accommodating. The next day I returned to finish my trade in another employee named Bailey assisted me. They worked so well as a team and any time I need a question answered or assistance with something I'm just going to Fairfield Verizon, I'm part of the family now!”

My only recommendation would be to not create pre- pre-determined desires based on vehicle or bike and always assume they have money so you don't have to climb uphill when you're selling or allow it to undermine your integrity about your products when there's other ones for the same price that are better. “Last week I had to get 2 items from this WalMart & like ALWAYS I ended up with about 3/4 bags of stuff (Oops!). Anyway, since almost EVERYthing is locked up, I needed help and Sharon was the one with the keys. Sharon was SUPER helpful & patient with me as I needed her numerous times. But the big issue was when Sharon checked everything out, bagged all my merchandise, & gave me my total! Let me tell you, I did the most embarrassing thing I could do to myself!! By habit I attempted to pay for my stuff with a compromised debit card (a new one was on the way from my bank). WOW!! I felt SO Dumb!! And guess what, Sharon didn't even make me look how I felt [stupid]! She didn't judge me! She didn't seem to be annoyed for her time getting wasted or none of that! I will always remember her for her kindness & understanding. I don't even particularly like this specific WalMart! I actually cannot STAND coming here. But if everyone responded and gave great customer service as Sharon did that evening, it wouldn't be so bad. Thank you for HER! .”
