“Came in to add a new line and Paxton S. helped me with my transaction super seamlessly. He was knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. He was patient and made me feel like a human by being able to hold conversation! He asked me lots of questions and tried his absolute best to get me the best deal to cater for my needs and wants. Often times people in sales try to manipulate you to get things you don’t need, but I was not worried about that with Paxton. He showed me different options that were out there, but did not pressure me into anything that I did not want. We need more workers like that. I hope this review is seen and he gets recognized.”

“I have to give the customer service here huge compliments. In the several occasions I've been at this location, never been disappointed with the kind service. Most recently came in with a computer issue. Big thanks to Clyde from the Geek Squad who was able to remedy my issue in a matter of minutes. I've bought my laptops and washer from this location and was able to pick from a variety of brands and for good price. It's my go to shop for electronics.”
“If I could give this rating zero stars I would! I went in about 2 weeks ago. When I walked in the store no one greeted me or offered to help both ladies were on their phones. The store was FILTHY! It seems like they haven’t cleaned it in months, the display phones had nothing but fingerprints all over them and a bunch of dust on the shelves. When I asked for the store manager, surprisingly I was talking to the store manager herself. However the way she was you would not think this was store manager at all! She was being very standoffish and giving off a rude vibe like she did not want to help me, Anytime I would speak to her she would continue to just be on her phone instead of having direct eye contact with me. …. Never would I expect this experience at a cricket store due to my past experiences at other stores being great. However i’ll never recommend this one!”
“For a warehouse club, this Sam's stocks merchandise which meet expectations. Staff has generally been pleasant and helpful (except for eyeglass place which assumed I could be manipulated because I am old.) Would recommend except to buy eyeglasses.”

He was knowledgeable about the product he was selling me and worked quickly to get the product swapped out. Super happy with the service he provided me. “I never thought I'd be making a review for Walmart but here it is! I went for some late night grocery shopping and normally they won't have a lot in stock but this time they did and everything was super fresh!!! I went to self check out however I had to get rung up by an employee off to the side since I had alcohol. He was extremely sweet and even rung up my other groceries (which normally they won't) and had another employee help out to make the process quicker. I forgot his name but he was amazing I can't get over it! I wish I could hire him at my job because the customer service was 100% THERE! (10/13/23 checked out at 9:54 :) )”
