Kellen saved us and our car full of wine. We had our Aviator in for service and we somehow locked ourselves out of the loaner car. We called the sales number since it was Sunday and Kellen quickly got us the door lock code so we could get back in the car and not see our wine ruined by the 90+ heat. Bravo Fairfield Lincoln.
