Terrible service. I had the same problem as everyone else. They kept saying they attempted to deliver my package but we weren't there. We were. All 4 times. Finally got tired of their bullshit and drove 25 miles and payed to cross a bridge just to pick it up. Completely ridiculous. Will never use fed ex again.

FedEx continues to deliver to wrong address or leaves on side of road and lies saying delivered to house this is horrific we tell all our shippers to please do not use fedex especially from Fairfield and east bay region

Easy and quick located in Safeway. Just go to customer service. Receipt given by phone.
