Great work environment.vit gets really hot in the warehouse in the summer though.

Keeps delivering to the wrong address and I am unable to retrieve the packages. If I call FedEx to have the driver redeliver to the correct address they say that I do not have authority to request the package be shipped to the CORRECT address. FedEx is a mess.

Terrible service. I had the same problem as everyone else. They kept saying they attempted to deliver my package but we weren't there. We were. All 4 times. Finally got tired of their bullshit and drove 25 miles and payed to cross a bridge just to pick it up. Completely ridiculous. Will never use fed ex again.
