“Five stars for overall customer service while at Wells Fargo location. We opened a new checking account and had a very good experience. The service rep, Quentin Colter (?), helped us, along with Allison (?). Both were very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We appreciated the excellent service they provided. We made an appointment in advance. And though we arrived a little earlier than our appointment time, the reps were very pleasant and accommodating. We didn't have to wait too long, which was nice. Also, Quentin was very knowledgeable about the different product offerings at Wells Fargo. He helped us to determine what kind of account would best serve our needs.”
“The wait times are usually CRAZY LONG. I would have only given 1-2 stars if the tellers were not such amazing people. The tellers like Marylan are why we still bank here. If it wasn't for Marylan and her kindness and overall knowledge we would not have opened up accounts. Thanks for everything.”
