“Hats off to this shop. I had this intermittent noise in my car that two other mechanic shops couldn’t locate the cause. I made an appointment (neighbor referral) with German Car Service and Repair for B service and explained the noise. They advised upfront that it is sometimes hard to detect intermittent noises. They called to advise the car was ready and they found where the noise may have been coming from. I have been driving for 5 days and no noise. Evidently the prior mechanic shops didn’t have the expertise to know what to look for. When you walk away from an experience feeling heard and cared for is just the best. Oh yeah, very fair price.”

“About six months ago we took our car to Caliber Collision in Fairfield after our car was struck by a hit and run driver. Our car had extensive damage to the driver's side rear door and wheel well. “I came here to get my Lexus IS aligned here and it was one of the easiest car service I've ever had. Starting with booking a time, they were quick to call me and we're very accommodating to my schedule. The day of the service, it was very quick to the point and got my car on their alignment machine shortly after I arrived at the shop. Once they were done, Jesse had come out to explain everything in detail with what they did to the car. They sent me the before and after of my alignment specs. Also gave me plenty of tips to keep my car in top shape, when it came to the alignment and suspension of my car.You can tell that Jesse was passionate about what he does and made me feel very comfortable having them service my car. I will definitely come back for my suspension and alignment needs in the future.”

“I went to Dick's Muffler Shop to have the rear mufflers removed to make my Dodge Challenger sound a little bit more beefy. The rate was very reasonable. However, it created an annoying drone while driving on the freeway. I went back to have the mufflers put back on, which Rich still had, and replaced them back onto the car. When it was time to pay he did something that only few people on this earth can or would do. He made it so affordable! Let's put it this way, he looked out for me and for his generosity I will always be grateful and always do business with him in the future and highly recommend his service! Good work, affordable and a classy guy!!!”
