“Took a Ford Maverick in for a spray in bed liner and couldn't be more pleased. Dave was informative and very easy to work with. The installation was outstanding. The Maverick bed has many tie down hooks, storage areas, and electrical outlets. All screws and items were removed, including from the tailgate, to avoid overspray and replaced after the job was complete. The bed also has many pre-drilled holes for adding additional attachments. All those were plugged before spraying so they can be accessed after the install. The finished job was as good as you can get. Absolutely smooth and even. No sign of any over spray, bubbles or thin areas. The bed floor by the tailgate was completely covered as well ad the tailgate. No chance of any scratching while moving things in and out. And extra coverage on the inner portion of the bed where the tailgate meets when closed. A very professional job. You can tell they take their time to do it right. And you can get it done in one day.”

There is a large waiting area with complimentary beverages and entertainment. We have three Jeep/ Ram vehicles and are so very grateful for their expert attention to the recall work on our Ram Promaster.
Today we had our Jeep in for a diagnostic test. We had no appointment but when we called they said we could come right on over. They ran the computer diagnosis, road tested the vehicle, made an inspection, and also replaced the key fob battery as that showed up by a code needing attention . We appreciate their extensive knowledge of the Jeep and Ram brands.
Today’s service advisor was Joey. He provided exemplary professionalism and a thorough understanding of all facets of the vehicle.
He has the willingness and ability to do exactly what is best for excellent vehicle and customer care. We give him a million stars.”

“We decided Labor Day weekend was the time to go looking for my dream car. A Crosstrek wilderness. I had been swooning over them since the first one released many years ago. Friday I spoke with Jeff on the phone and confirmed they had a few for me to check out. I showed up late that evening and he was with another customer so Dakota took us out for a test drive in both the Crosstrek and the forester. This would be my second Subaru and my very first brand new car. I was nervous and excited. The whole team at Fairfield Subaru made the process a breeze even with some tech issues around the computers and documents. I left feeling like I had the perfect car, I was shown how to use all the advanced features, I got a fair price and excellent financing. It was great to watch the team work together to make this a great experience. They were passionate about the brand and seemed to really want to make sure I was going to leave a satisfied customer. I did! I am loving my Crosstrek and can’t wait to get it on the forest service roads around Tahoe next weekend as an go out on my next backpacking adventure. I have my dream car and I had a great time getting there. When people do good work I think it’s important to share that. So Jeff, Dakota, and the 3 financial guys (sorry I suck at name, one was Hector?) deserve that recognition. They were awesome.”
“I went to Dick's Muffler Shop to have the rear mufflers removed to make my Dodge Challenger sound a little bit more beefy. The rate was very reasonable. However, it created an annoying drone while driving on the freeway. I went back to have the mufflers put back on, which Rich still had, and replaced them back onto the car. When it was time to pay he did something that only few people on this earth can or would do. He made it so affordable! Let's put it this way, he looked out for me and for his generosity I will always be grateful and always do business with him in the future and highly recommend his service! “we recently had to have our truck bumper painted from being scratched. We chose Preferred Auto Body and Custom because they are local and a small shop. When I took the truck for an estimate I was welcomed by the owners and the receptionist. Everyone was professional, welcoming and knowledgable. They took our truck in that same week and we had it back very quickly. The work they did was wonderful. The bumper looked as it did brand new. shortly after I noticed more imperfections on the other side of the bumper and they took care of the other side well after the original work. They are professional, take great care of your vehicle and their customer service is top notch. Will certainly return if ever need any other work done. Best in town and the area.”
