“I want to commend Fairfield Subaru for their excellent Service Department - my first-ever experience with their team confirmed my faith and loyalty to the Subaru brand.
The details: Having recently moved to the North Bay, when my mechanic diagnosed a failed Data Communications Module (DCM) on my 2019 Outback, he referred me to a Service Bulletin put out by Subaru regarding this issue. I made an appointment with Subaru of Fairfield and their team were complete pros: David, the Service Advisor, took in my car and kindly provided me with a loner; Ron, the Service Manager, confirmed my mechanic's diagnosis and had a new DCM sent overnight from another Subaru dealership in the Western US. Subaru Fairfield installed a new DCM and Subaru battery the next day (pictured).
The dealership is top notch - beautiful showroom, first-rate parts department, and comfortable lounge. I highly recommend Fairfield Subaru!”

“I had a great experience with Maaco in Fairfield. Amazing results. The cost was suitable for the quality of work achieved. I get lots of compliments. But of course I made a small modification to my front fenders Spec D. And installed them myself. Plus I painted the metal part of the flatbed and rack myself before taking it to Maaco. I upgrade to LED floorboard lights now all the exterior lights are working. So there is a little bit more to it that just having your vehicle painted. A little TLC before paint and after goes a long way. I would definitely recommend Maaco to friends looking to get a great paint job for an affordable price. Mine cost 3 k and I got the Ultra sheen Solid Army green paint. It goes great with black trim.”
“I found Rob scrolling through google looking for an exhaust shop on a Sunday morning and saw he was open for business, after calling he said he had a missed appointment and worked me in that same day. He completed the work I needed done at a great price & quality especially for short notice and on a Sunday. While I was there it was like I’d known Rob for years like two old friends. “Great dealership for Jeep and Ram service. Definitely worth the drive from Napa to get the work done professionally, promptly, correctly, along with great customer service. There is a large waiting area with complimentary beverages and entertainment. We have three Jeep/ Ram vehicles and are so very grateful for their expert attention to the recall work on our Ram Promaster.
Today we had our Jeep in for a diagnostic test. We had no appointment but when we called they said we could come right on over. They ran the computer diagnosis, road tested the vehicle, made an inspection, and also replaced the key fob battery as that showed up by a code needing attention . We appreciate their extensive knowledge of the Jeep and Ram brands.
Today’s service advisor was Joey. He provided exemplary professionalism and a thorough understanding of all facets of the vehicle.
He has the willingness and ability to do exactly what is best for excellent vehicle and customer care. We give him a million stars.”

“I have a wonderful experience, bringing my car into GNC autobody in Fairfield. Very professional Veronica did whatever she said she was gonna do and was very professional and accurate on all the details. I had one little glitch. Something wasn’t done right on the circuitry of my trunk because I have a Tesla so I went to the GNC auto body in Lodi where I was working and Matthew Just was like an angel appearing to help. He said he thinks he knows what the problem is. it’s a circuit. They didn’t complete the circuit when they put the trunk together so he took it and in a few minutes fix it and it was working perfectly so a big shout out to Matthew and GNC Lodi. I will be back and I will recommend everybody to go there. And by the way, this was at 5 PM on Wednesday and he did not say oh we’re closing it’s late he just went and helped me immediately knowing that I was in trouble and I think that is so admirable as you don’t find good service these days.”
“I went to Dick's Muffler Shop to have the rear mufflers removed to make my Dodge Challenger sound a little bit more beefy. The rate was very reasonable. However, it created an annoying drone while driving on the freeway. I went back to have the mufflers put back on, which Rich still had, and replaced them back onto the car. When it was time to pay he did something that only few people on this earth can or would do. He made it so affordable! Let's put it this way, he looked out for me and for his generosity I will always be grateful and always do business with him in the future and highly recommend his service! Good work, affordable and a classy guy!!!”

“They repaired the wiring on our truck's trailer that had worn through and shorted out. When we picked up the trailer, they further helped us diagnose a blown fuse going to the trailer left tail light (probably as a result of the short) and a problem with the truck's reverse camera, no extra charge.

“I bought a 2018 Ford Explorer from the Fairfield Lincoln Ford dealership yesterday (Sunday). We called them from Redding, CA @ 12:45 pm. Talked to Phil Johnson and texting Sharon Mercado. I Made an offer, and by 1:00 we had an accepted price thanks to the sales manager Heather Vladislavich, and were on way to Fairfield, a 3.5 hour drive. On the way Phil our super hero salesman sent us our credit apps, got a copy of our licenses, and proof of insurance. He stayed in contact with me, and his coworker Sharon stayed in contact with my husband all along the way. Answering all our questions. Upon our arrival at 4:30 PM Phil greeted us at the door. He seated my brother in law Bill ( along for the ride) with a snack and something to drink and we were off to look at the vehicle which was immaculate. Everything was exactly what they said it would be. My husband did the drive and we agreed that was what we were looking for. We were off to Phils office to sign paperwork that was completed and ready to go. Then we were off to finance where we were so pleased to meet Missy Balance. She explained so well everything we were signing. we so enjoyed our time with her. Such a great team of people. Everything we were told was exactly what happened. My husband and I have been buying cars since 1977. Never.. and I mean never have we had such a great and honest experience buying a car. They treated us like royalty and our guest. We were greeted by the staff on our way out of the dealership clapping and congratulating us on our new purchase. I had a big bow on my hood. I don't think my husband and I will ever buy another vehicle anywhere else. The honesty and integrity demonstrated by everyone there put such a sense of confidence in our buying experience.
