“The store employee was very helpful, but I went in to pay off my phone so I can unlock it and take it to T-Mobile when I leave AT&T on Saturday. After many years, I am leaving because I was essentially screwed out of over $700 because the phone I exchanged was never received and my account was held hostage until I paid for a phone number for a second phone that was never used or even in my posession. So much for taking care of a loyal customer of many years. Adios AT&T.”

She was respectful,open to questions and a good listener.Different options were provided about services and availability of cell phones.Spent good amount of time while reseting all the phones and transferring all the data.I didn't even feel tired because of all the good attention and respect there.
