They were successful in getting my insurance to pay for my vaccination and they had the type of vaccine that was listed on my reservation. Struck out at 2 other big box pharmacies. Thank you Walgreens.

On hold for a half an hour and still didn't get through. I'm pretty positive I heard them repeatedly pick up and put me back on hold. What a way to spend an early lunch break.

Friendly staff, but their appointment system is a joke. I have never waited over an hour for a vaccination TWICE. Don't make appointments if you're going to treat people like walk-ins.
