“This review is for the tire center. There was a tall gentleman wearing a beanie who was extremely nice and helpful! My car's tire pressure light came on and he redirected me to the complimentary air pumps. He even came out after addressing the other customers to check on me and teach me how to reset the light on my dash. Great service!”

“I've been to many Costco locations and they've somehow hired all of the folks with great customer service skills at this one in Eureka! From the customer service desk staff, tire installers, cashiers, optical and even the greeters and folks who review your receipt at the exit, they're all personable and helpful. It's a little hit or miss at the food counter, but today the woman with whom I interacted was delightful.So the store is A+ but a word of warning if you're buying appliances online: there are consistent delivery delays/issues up in our area. The site says you must live within a 50 mile radius of the store, BUT, they don't deliver them from the store. They subcontract the delivery/install to outside companies and both orders I placed this year were significantly delayed. It took weeks to get the appliances delivered and then installation was to be set up with yet another company who didn't contact me for 10 days after the delivery. We installed the dishwasher ourselves and could have saved ourselves a lot of frustration by renting a U-Haul pickup for an hour and going to Costco and buying directly from the Eureka store. Now waiting for a refrigerator to be delivered next week and regret not having taken my own advice (bought on 6/6 with 6/23 as earliest possible delivery date.)No reduced star rating for Eureka location due to online purchase issues.”

“Recently, I split the bill with my partner and the cashiers were more than kind to allow us to split the bill. Their restrooms are always clean looking and smelling. My favorite is how the soap smells after you wash your hands. I appreciate how professional their tire staff was. Also, if possible and at your disposal, don't forget to wear a flamingo shirt or clothes on Fridays apparently staff do. Adorable!”

“The clerks who work at this particular CVS are so friendly and helpful. The pharmacy people there worked so hard to clear-up a order for medicine that had been sent to the wrong pharmacy. They put-up with my restless mischief that I did to entertain myself during the long hours I waited there in their lobby. Yes it was me who scribbled on the faces of that one magazine that was there about serial-killlers. Sorry I can't stand those diseases in our society and I was bored and feeling frustrated about the mix-up. Anyways.. and to the clerk that recommended that Soup place. Thankyou it was really really good.”
“This is a normal Walgreens. Nothing to say really. If you've seen one you've seen them all. This one has a cleaner bathroom than most so I wanted to give them a nice review. I think Wallgreens is my favorite drug store, I find their history to be very interesting. And as far as I know they are a good company, so I can't complain a whole lot. All in all I say stop by if you need the convenience pharmacy while in town.”

They're polite and caring despite being completely overworked and likely underpaid for the value of the service they provide.Walgreens as a company, however, is a complete mess. This location needs to raise their wages so they can onboard and retain more staff. The amazing skeleton crew that they're working with deserves more support”

“On 06-18-20, I went to CVS, myrtle ave, to pick up an item that was advertised to have mystery offer from Coupon Center. Was disappointed when found the machine is again not working. Later, was greeted by associate Shannon. She was very friendly and asked if I need any help. I told her about my inability to get the Mystery Offer. She was so helpful. Able to print out $5 coupon for me and told me about the CarePass program. That save me another $10. Instead of feeling misled with false advertisement of “mystery offer”, I left the store with the product plus a $15 discount. And I misplaced my credit card. They found it and kept it safe for me. With staff member like Shannon, I will definitely be a loyal customer.”
