“Took in my LV vintage Petite Noe (bucket) bag for leather replacement. It came out perfect! The owner is very sweet and provided all the information I needed. I recommend 100%. It was half the time and less than half the price LV quoted me for the same job. I told them what parts I wanted replaced and what I wanted to leave off. They color matched the original leather so it still kept its vintage look. (Something they won't do at LV, they replace all leather with vachetta leather without the patina). I will be bringing in ALL of my luxury bags for repair ir treatment here. This cobbler doesn't have the online presence it should, so I'm hoping this review gets them more exposure! Thank you! I also had a pair of high heeled boots repaired. That was done within the same week!”

“Located inside the North County Mall on the 3rd floor. They have many different options, such as Sketchers, Converse, Doc Martin's, Nike, and more. The store is pretty small but always has popular choices. If you're looking for something super comfortable, though, better for the body, go to a place like Road Runner Sports (you don't have to do sports to go there...buy Brooks). This Journeys has shoes at the same prices as everywhere else.”

“I went in today with my sister and I was serviced by a sales associate Celia (from Massachusetts with Jordan 4s). She gave the most stellar service and she made sure we were taken care of when we were trying stuff on. She asked us right away if we needed anything and got us a fitting room and made sure we were doing okay. She even got different sizes for us if some of the clothes didn't fit, and in case they didn't have the size we needed in the store, she brought us the size that would fit us in a different style so we could order it. We ended up ordering different sizes of Levis and denim shorts based on the sizes she brought us and the styles she recommended. The clothes we brought home fit like a glove and we loved them! She gave excellent suggestions and provided great service overall. Honestly, I was impressed with the department store service provided in a retail store like Tillys, she was really on top of it and friendly. I would recommend HER service 100%.”
“This Redwing store is a great location. It's a bit smaller than the kearny mesa store, but it still has a great selection. Depending on when you go in, it can be a little busy. Usually there is 1 person working.If you are a professional who just needs to get in and out quickly and you know what you want, this location and the staff are amazing. It's rare that they don't have what you need in stock, but any time they have not had it, they ordered it without any problems. This is also the best location if you want to bring your boots in for repairs. It will get sent back to redwing official, vs to some other local cobbler for repairs. The repairs take a bit longer, but the quality is far better.There is a huge parking lot available at this location. It's a convenient store to stop at if you have other errands to run bc of the shopping center it's located in. In case you don't know, Redwing Shoes are the absolute best you can get. Pricey but unparalleled quality.It seems like this is a one man operation, and sometimes you can get here during the lunch hour and have to wait a few minutes. Not a problem, just something to be aware of if you have a narrow window of time to stop in. Seriously, they guy is always helpful.”

She was extremely helpful and honest when finding the right fit for us both and making sure we were taken care of! On top of that she was patient and made us feel like a friend.
