“Super amazing ! I started my rental journey a year ago at another Extra Space Storage and my unit was broken into due to NO security being there ever and homeless people sleeping in the actual hallways of the units overnight every night. I was having issues with bugs and was considering leaving but didn’t have much time to switch units so I was postponing. Then, someone was able to use a power tool on my lock and break my unit open. (The lock was drilled into literal pieces on the ground when I got to my unit). I immediately called this location and Marisa was amazing !! She was super sweet and helpful, she didn’t rush me off the phone even though a customer had come into the store either. I ended up upgrading my unit to climate control AND double the space for ALMOST THE EXACT SAME PRICE !!!! AND not to mention, they (staff) literally are here around the clock so your possessions are truly taken care of. I feel very confident and very relieved that I was able to get a unit at this location. Marisa is the best !”

I was sweating, because prior to them another company came out and declined the responsibility of taking the conference table up a five story building. It didn’t fit in the freight elevator. These 4 guys were amazing not a scratch and My boss didn’t fire me… So if you want to keep your job or for any important reason, hire these guys…”

“My husband and I have had a unit here for almost 3 years and we have had 0 issues. In fact the customer service has been really great! One time I didn't put the lock back on our unit correctly and they called to let me know that they caught it in their routine sweep. The customer service is great, it's really clean, and the price of the units are pretty affordable. Definitely recommend!”

When I went in to do the paperwork the manager was super nice she really helped me out and even gave me a free cold drink and a new lock. I reserve the right to change my rating should the rate suddenly Increase on me or something else unforseen happen. But for now I'm quite happy.”
