Thanks to Yelp and another source I decided on Ken, who saved my trip. He made time for me, showed me the damage and really got the work done quickly. His estimate was very fair; it was obvious he knows Mercedes well. So much so, that if he was in Florida (or vice versa) I'd be a regular customer.”

I visited Big brand today to get my tired patched. I rang Big brand very early in the morning as it is the nearest tire shop near my place, Daniel greeted me very professionally and said they would be able to patch my tire for free. I brought my car in and had the tire patched within 30 mins.

“I had a very good experience at Encino Auto Spa. It's a Mobil Gas Station that includes car wash and auto repair just like Quick Quack Car Wash and Valvoline Instant Oil Change and Folsom Glenn Car Wash.”
“I'm not from southern california, so i'm not used to car washes. But I will say that this experience was really good. I had the handcar wash. Because I did not want my car to go through them. Possibly scratching the wheels. My washing technician did a really good job spent decent detail on the wheels and the tight areas such as license plate, etc. I definitely recommend this shop.

“I started going to House Automotive in 2022 when I purchased my Macan. I’ve been to them for a variety of services including regular oil/service/maintenance as well as replacing the brake pads and fluid. I was so happy with the service and they even returned my car to me washed and road ready. The office staff has been so great and easy to work with making the scheduling really easy and efficient. The mechanics did a great job and took the time to explain everything very clearly. They gave me a detailed breakdown and let me know what my next service would entail. Really happy with their service and looking forward to continue working with them.”
