“I've been bringing my dog here for 3 years and it's been a great experience. The vets have always explained what's going on with my dog in a straight forward way and follow up after appointments with more information if needed. I get regular text updates for when my dog is due for shots or medication, and it syncs to their website's store where I can order it.”

“I took my senior dog for an annual check up and Dr. Clemens was very thorough in explaining the test that needs to be done, preventative measures for senior dogs, results of the lab test and the medications that my dog needs to take. The front desk staff are always friendly. They are courteous over the phone. The scheduling online is easy. Gives you a call reminder about the appointment. Last night, I was running late to pick up my dogs meds -- i told the staff that im stuck at the traffic in the tunnel and im on my way there... it was stressful but the staff told me that she will wait for me until 6:10pm -- i made it at 5:58pm -- staff was still friendly and understanding. I forgot about my stress of running late because of nice people you encounter along the way. The best Vet clinic :)”

“I have one angry cat who hates everyone but me and a super nervous cat who is terrified of everyone but me. Both are seniors, and taking them to the vet was always a high stress event for everyone. Dr. Lee and the staff at Campus Vet have made the experience so much easier. They are patient and understanding and take incredible care of my kitties. I've been impressed with how transparent they are up front about costs, their unending patience with my terror cat. 10/10 would recommend.”

“We are new client's of Dr. Andrew Lie. Upon our visit we were greeted on time by the staff and promptly seen. I really felt comfortable knowing he wasn't trying to force treatments or procedures that other veterinary clinics have done for wellness services upon us. He has a very caring nature with my pup and my pup felt very comfortable with both him and his staff. We look forward to seeing Dr. Lie and staff again as needed. Keep up the great work!”

“So very grateful to Dr. Naqvi for saving our kitty's life when he had an emergency. I called the clinic and they saw him right away, took incredible care of him and kept us updated every step of the way. They take such great care of him during his checkups but they really shone when he got sick. Thank you so much Dr. Naqvi and your wonderful staff!”

“I just took my dog here for TPLO surgery and I was really scared! I wanted everything to go well since my dog is approaching 9 y.o. Dr. Press made this experience so seamless, Winston was eating and drinking the moment we got home. No hiccups. Super clean incision. Scheduled follow ups included in the price. They dealt directly with my pet insurance, too. Thank you a million times Dr. Press and staff! One week out from surgery and he's already feeling like himself again. The surgery, blood work etc was pricey but you get what you pay for. They kept him overnight to observe him and gave me updates. if you've been looking for a sign to get pet insurance, this is it.”

“Everyone treated my cat and I with great compassion when we came for emergency care. It was very shocking to learn the saddest of news: my cat is riddled with cancer. But they sent us home with plenty of pain medication and appetite support to make his last days as comfortable as possible. I would definitely go there again.”

“We just started going here with our greyhound puppy. We already love them. Stephanie and Dr Harris were absolutely lovely/attentive with Charlie. He got a cute calming pheromone bandana, they did a thorough exam, and checked everything we asked. They also acquired records from our previous vet, and printed them out for us. They're great!”

“Always a good experience here. So thoughtful about the animals' experience. We recently had a scare with our dog's health and she stayed over night for 3 days at the emergency. She was different coming out. So we set up a follow up appointment here and in the parking lot she immediately was shaking with anxiety. Once we were in the room she calmed down quickly and by the end she wasn't nervous at all. I really love the plethora of information and help that they can provide. When you think there are no more answers they have them. A++ from us.”

“This place is amazing been coming here for sometime these past couple years. Great people great prices. Everyone is so helpful and kind. My girl usually is terrified at the vet and can barely do an exam but she was fine today. The vet is so sweet and calm. Love her energy. Thank you Petvet!!”

“We love the East Bay SPCA vet! They handle our dog and cats extremely well and are transparent about services and pricing (and the pricing is reasonable for our area). The only thing that can be tough is that wellness/non-urgent appointments fill up quickly and are typically booked several months out, so we often have to call multiple times to schedule. Worth it to know our fur babies are in good hands!”

“My kittens received excellent care for spay and neuter surgery here. This program offers a much needed and valuable service to the community. It took a little while for me to figure out how to reserve appointments online. The staff were caring and responsive. I am grateful to have been able to use this critical community service.”

“This review is for Amy Pierre who practices acupressure at All Paws. I have known Amy for almost one year and she has worked her magic on my senior dog many times. She is professional, personable and has a special connection with animals as well as an ability to translate what the dog is experiencing to the guardian in lay terms--much appreciated for my unscientific mind. My dog definitely considers her to be one of his best friends and goes bonkers when he sees her. That's a sure sign that she's doing something right!”

“I have had Dr. Doe at Nob Hill Cat Clinic look after my cat veterinary needs since the late 1990s. I find her to be very knowledgeable, and also communicative; she always answers my questions and also asks questions about my cats and their situations. And she is wonderful with cats...they can pick up on the fact that she cares. The office has just been remodeled and is very clean and nice. You can't do better than NHCC for cat care in San Francisco. Edit: Dr. Doe retired in 2022. Her replacement, Dr. Gonzales, is quite a bit younger than her, but is caring and seems knowledgeable.”

“Our experience at HVC has been some of the most genuinely enjoyable and high quality care I’ve ever received from veterinary medicine. Every single staff member we have interacted with here is so knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and sweet to my dog. As soon as we turn the corner and she sees the lobby door, her tail goes straight up in the air and she gets so excited. Our initial consultation with the physical therapist was incredibly detailed and comprehensive, and the rehabilitation sessions we’ve attended has helped my dog regain strength. Thank you so much HVC! Persephone wishes she could give more than five stars!”

“Incredible. After putting up with much poorer service for years I have to say I left our appointment today elated that we have a new vet to come to. Everyone here was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I brought my golden in because I had a concern about a bump on him and he was overdue for a wellness check up, we saw Dr. Bechtel and I don't think my dog knows that we were there for any reason other than a friendly visit. We were in and out promptly with a follow up appointment for boosters booked before I even got to the checkout counter. Like I said, extremely efficient. I'm so grateful! The only potential issue I could see for newcomers is with parking (there's only 3 spots in front and all the spots directly outside were taken when I arrived but that's showbiz). I learned today there are some spots if you turn onto mission so I will try that next time. Thank you to all who helped us. (Especially Tej who helped me get set up and booked for my first appointment over the phone). In terms of the booking and invoices etc once you get set up it's extremely smooth. I got my invoice via email as well as a summary of my dogs treatment plans and I get text alerts for appointments. Couldn't have gone better in my opinion.”

“My chihuahuas all lived to be 16, even though I could only afford to get teeth cleaning done on a few of my pack of 7. I just happened to think of the office of Drs. Hart and Dorsey, after looking to see if they were still in the same location, since I moved to Mich. in 2012. After seeing Ms Cunningham`s post, I had to throw in my two cents. To imagine that a customer would demand to be seen like she was the only person with a pet or limited time. During this Covid hysteria, no business has not suffered for lack of couregeous staff. I started seeing Dr. Dorsey in 199o when my mutt Rapper, was dying of congestive heart failure, aat 16. I took every puppy that my chihuahua`s had, to the Oakland Vet Hospital. One baby in a large litter was deformed, and Dr. Dorsey adopted him. I was happy when she advised me that my old babies didn`t need those vaxxes anymore...Maybe they had an inklingof an idea, that too many vaxxes will eventually accumulate into autoimmune issues.”
