“This is long overdue! Or, Navaz, Juan, and their did a phenomenal job remodeling the entire inside of our home. We did a full kitchen and bathrooms gut/remodel, restructured the flow of the back half of our home, added a laundry closet, and redid the bedroom closets to be more efficient. Navaz was our main point of contact and he was very attentive, ensuring that we were well informed along the way. They were able to stay (mostly) on time and budget, even with some unexpected updates that were necessary due to age of the building.The quality of installation for our cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, or flooring were excellent. Those items are competitively priced with supermarkets, albeit minus the externality of the plastic. They offer donation jars or upcycled wax-bags if you come without.The staff is very knowledgable and I always chat with them about the best ways to recycle and compost etc. I love the loyalty program too. “During a recent shower remodel We shopped the local big box stores for prices as well as merchandise. Home Depot had the shower glass we wanted called Rain. Unfortunately, we needed a larger size than the stock size on the floor and special orders are done on line. We were hoping to get assistance at customer service but were told that special orders are done online only. We'll we didn't feel comfortable and there's no refund on special orders. At Granite Expo they have it all, bathroom vanities, shower doors with the hardware, tile, kitchen cabinets, and more. The best part was they have customer service!!
