He asked me to text photos of the work I needed done before I drove or towed my car to his shop. He did not try to add on any additional things I did not need or ask for and the price was beyond fair. During my first visit, I was advised to order the part myself, which I appreciate as it saved me more than $400 dollars. Not only did they efficiently replace my tail light and pop the bumper back out, but they went above and beyond in their customer care. When it came to check out, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the $29 labor charge would be covered by the shop. It truly made my day. Once the part had arrived I was once again told to come at my earliest convenience--again to me ASAP. Lo and behold, the job was going to be done the same day, I was able to pick the car up later the same afternoon and wouldn't have to face the prospect of taking my daughter on the bus to school the next day. “Paul and his team did an amazing job with our SUV. They literally took out the entire interior, sanitized using enzyme and ozone over multiple days. They also cleaned the engine compartment, and cleaned the drain lines around the sunroof that were blocked. Additionally, the team took care of rust and spray painted some troublesome parts. When everything was back together, it looked like new. Paul was very communicative throughout the entire process and kept detailed notes of the work they did. “I've used Bryant Bay Area auto body for 3 occasions - rear bumper damage for my bmw m6, front bumper and full headlight replacement for my bmw m850 and a separate incident for full front bumper and left fender replacement. On each occasion Louie and Ian were incredibly professional, approachable, prompt with their quotes, transparent, and communicative. They were easily accessible over email or text throughout the process including sending pictures during the work to keep me up to speed. From a pricing perspective, while either the other party or insurance covered each incident, the final price was within the range they estimated and was reasonable vs. other shops. For the bmw m6 rear bumper damage they got the job done in 1/4 the cost of another shop nearby that also specialized in BMWs Overall I highly recommend Louie and Ian for anyone looking for a couple of nice and honest guys you can trust your luxury car with.”

My car broke down outside their shop, and not only did they push it down the block, into their garage, and diagnose it (engine failure) they were SO kind and accommodating while I tried to get it sold and/or towed. They were incredibly patient with me while I worked out what to do and even helped me get everything done to get the car signed over to the new buyer even though they knew they were only collecting the diagnostic fee from me. “My experience with Fix Auto Alameda has been nothing but outstanding from start to finish. They have a modern spacious new facility located on Clement Street that is very well equipped and staffed. Ricky was my contact person, who is very professional , organized, friendly, an absolute pleasure to work with. He did the estimate for my honda fit which sustained damage due to collision with a Rav4 on the Nimitz. Damage was to my front bumper, hood, and internal framing and components, which was knocked out of alignment. They were very busy when i took my car in, but within a very reasonable time, Ricky had emailed back to me a detailed estimate item by item breakdown on parts, and labor that needed to be done. During the repair process, Ricky kept me well informed by text every couple days on the progress of the repair. Any delays due to parts availability or additonal damage found he relayed to me by text. I received my vehicle back yesterday as promised, and it looks as beautiful as the day i bought it back in 2016. Their work is absolutely first rate, the panel alignment especially around the hood and side panel is as straight as an arrow. One added advantage of their current location, is that they are located within two blocks of "Enterprise Rental Car" located on Blanding Ave. which makes it super convenient to pickup and dropoff my rental. I highly recommend this auto body shop, wish more establishments were run this well.”
