“Really glad I came here, they repaired my old Tahoe, I hit a utility pole and bent in the bumper, fender and the hood. Bob and his crew took care of me and were amazing, they even shampooed the inside of my Tahoe and washed it too, they really went above and beyond there. The price to repair was fair and they repaired in the time they stated it would be done, my family and I are beyond satisfied with the work they’ve done. Thank you!”

“Robert and the team at Fruitvale Collision are so delightful to work with. I called based on previous reviews and I was not disappointed. He asked me to text photos of the work I needed done before I drove or towed my car to his shop. He responded quickly, gave me a quote before coming in and my luck of the draw was able to fix my car that same day I called! He did not try to add on any additional things I did not need or ask for and the price was beyond fair. Sadly for my pocket book I have another car I will be bringing to him and I would highly recommend him for any of your collision repair needs. “Golden Gate Auto Body had exceptional service and such supportive staff, I highly recommend this place! I recently visited to replace a tail light and fix a dented bumper. During my first visit, I was advised to order the part myself, which I appreciate as it saved me more than $400 dollars. Not only did they efficiently replace my tail light and pop the bumper back out, but they went above and beyond in their customer care. When it came to check out, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the $29 labor charge would be covered by the shop. It truly made my day. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It's nice to be a local and will definitely return for any future needs.”
“I've used Bryant Bay Area auto body for 3 occasions - rear bumper damage for my bmw m6, front bumper and full headlight replacement for my bmw m850 and a separate incident for full front bumper and left fender replacement. On each occasion Louie and Ian were incredibly professional, approachable, prompt with their quotes, transparent, and communicative. They were easily accessible over email or text throughout the process including sending pictures during the work to keep me up to speed. From a pricing perspective, while either the other party or insurance covered each incident, the final price was within the range they estimated and was reasonable vs. other shops. For the bmw m6 rear bumper damage they got the job done in 1/4 the cost of another shop nearby that also specialized in BMWs Overall I highly recommend Louie and Ian for anyone looking for a couple of nice and honest guys you can trust your luxury car with.”

All OEM Subaru parts, car looks and runs like new. 2 weeks in the shop is a reasonable turn around time. All parts are lifetime warranty. “I had my Acura TLX bumper fixed and it looked brand new. I had actually had another place fix my bumper in the same place from a previous accident and you could still see where it had been hit. “I've never expected the car repair experience would be so positive ending! I am grateful that my auto mechanic told me to go here, Avenue Body Shop when I had a puddle inside the car! Despite the fact of my brand new 2018 Honda has been having several issues and incidents since 2018 including someone hit while I wasn't inside the car (happened twice) and the sun visor on driver side was "broken" from the vey beginning but the dealer told me this happened for new cars and didn't do anything. I believed him it was just tight so it's not smooth... but Ave Body Shop told me it's broken and they order new one and fixed it with just $40. (I wonder why the dealer didn't offer this?) They also took care of something other than the problem of puddle while the car was in the shop. Most of all, Noe, Joel and Janai educated me how to take care of my car with my insurance. Their team is very nice and friendly and try to help customers. I felt they are on my side I really didn't expect this kind of experience on repair shop until now; it really exists good people! I'm sharing about this shop with my family and friends and clients.”

“Initial communication was through Yelp's "Get Pricing" quote. Sokol responded within 48 hrs. Which was a plus! First time taking my car in for service in SF, due to a change of ownership to the last place I usually take my car to. (It was in the East Bay) I came across this business through searching on Yelp. I feel like his quote was reasonable. Came in for motor oil & break fluid maintenance. Dropped my car off at 10:30am & got my car back at 4:30pm the same day! I also like that Sokol provides a list of detailed recommendations/reminders, because I'm definitely not a car person. lol. Thanks Sokol!”
“I wanted to share my experience with Alioto's Garage they fixed my bmw bumper and left it like brand new, also they took care of me right away and explained detailed on how the procedure would be and along with my insurance Geico they sent me a rental guy to pick me up and bring me to the rental car to pick my choice, and Alioto's took care of my car sooner a day before of the day that I was adviced so it was awesome to pick up my car a day before! the car was washed and looked awesome I am very pleased with their service thank you so much Alioto's........”

“I brought my 2014 Acura ILX to have the headlights changed because I was getting tired of the yellow color of the headlight. I spoke to Vlad about it and he said they could definitely change the lights to have more of a white color (led lights) and he recommended that they put on a clear coat so that the headlight would not fog up and would be brighter. I have to say, I was extremely pleased! They did an amazing job and even though they were busy they got the car to me next day. I highly recommend the shop and will be returning for other work I want done.”
“Spoiler alert! This review is before I have an estimate on the body work on my car. I had major damage to the front of my 2016 Mazda6. Someone backed into it. They left their number, insurance information and claim number (God bless, them. Honest folks still exist.) The insurance company gave me a list of "approved" shops. All three I needed appointments to get an estimate, two in January and the third, Giannini's, next week. The first I visited "needed" the insurance company's packet and I would have to call, bring in the packet and wait a week before they would make an appointment for an estimate. The second shop was not much better but the young lady at Giannini's who helped was so nice and had a great sense of humor. The other two shops told me after I got the estimate, it would take six weeks to two months to get the parts. When I told her that, she laughed, went to her computer, looked up the parts and said she would have them within two weeks of getting approval from the insurance company. As I said, this is pre-work but with that kind of service upfront, I have no doubt my update of this review will be shining...”
“These guys were passionate to repair my Mercedes w124 wagon. They were willing to work carefully to preserve the car since parts aren't easily available. They finished the job ahead of schedule and it was affordable. Very satisfied. 10/10 would recommend”

My "vintage" Nissan happened to breakdown right in front of their shop and they helped me out in the most honest, friendly, and cool way. The real deal and much appreciated. Won't be back for a radiator soon (since the new one looks spiffy) but def would call them again when I have trouble and you should too.”
