“I have been a loyal patron of this establishment for the past four years, consistently enjoying positive experiences. However, regrettably, today's encounter has compelled me to contemplate taking my business elsewhere. The professionalism and friendliness that once characterized this place seem to have diminished, particularly during routine checkups and oil changes. Previously, I could rely on receiving quality service, including thorough inspections of all fluids and tire pressure. My expectation was no different today. However, upon entering my vehicle, I discovered dirt from shoes, necessitating my own cleanup efforts. Furthermore, when attempting to clean my windows, I found the fluids to clean my windows nearly bone dry, contrary to the promised topping off of all fluid levels, as indicated on my receipt. The customary respect and warmth extended by Jackson were notably absent today, with no customary rundown of services or inquiries about additional maintenance, such as tire rotation. This disappointing experience compels me to seek alternative service providers, despite the inconvenience it may entail. Really Sad and Disappointing day for Quick lube in Elk Grove...”

“I went in today to have my 2012 Lexus Is250 looked at for damage caused by a different shop. And possible rodent damage. Jorge was amazing! Did a thorough inspection for rodents and ran diagnostic's , discovered the issue. Unfortunately because of my aftermarket products he wasn’t able to help which is completely understandable! He gave amazing insight on what to do next which is why i came! I highly would recommend this shop to anyone!”

“Most pleasant vehicle service I've had in a long time. The techs are very observant, and attentive. There's free coffee or water while you wait. They also offer great add on services, such as topping off tire air pressure, lubricating door hinges, and chassis lubrication, washing your windshield, and checking wiper blade condition. They check all fluids, and give suggestions for changing engine air filter, as well as cabin air filters. Overall very nice experience. Did not even notice that I've been sitting in my car for an hour?”
“Had issues w/alignment, Tire Pros took me in immediately. Along the way they replaced rotor, 5 studs, 2 bad tires, rotated, swapped out full spare, installed wiper blades I had w/ me and changed oil. I was in and out w/in hours. I was so pleased w/ the great customer service and fair pricing that I returned the next morning for A/C repair. Truly a one‐stop shop that I wish I knew about earlier!”

“So I definitely had to do a review of this Jiffy Lube the manager went way Beyond service and helping me get my car together I went to a previous Jiffy Lube on Harbor Point Laguna the service was nowhere near as good as this place they did not even offer to tell me about a coupon and then had me sit for 20 minutes only to tell me they did not have my oil filter there at that Jiffy Lube Lagune location. I will be coming here at Auto Center Drive.. from now on, and I'm very impressed and definitely will tell all my friends that this is where you should go in Elk Grove.”

I've got a quality oil changing service and filters replacement by my request. All work was done so quickly early in the morning before my work starts. I was very happy to have it all complete and be at work on time!”
