“Chris , the owner of Holland Service , quickly found the source of a noise that I was concerned about . He took the time to go on a test drive with me to hear the noise . He then promptly put my Jeep on the lift & was able to show me where the noise was coming from . The rear driveshaft u joint was the source. Myself & other mechanics had looked for the source but were unable to find it due to the play in the u joint being very slight. Also when driving, the noise sounded like it was coming from the front of the vehicle. I spent a lot of time & money replacing front axles, u joints, & wheel bearings that were recommended by a different mechanic and still had the noise . I highly recommend Chris & his crew @ Holland Service for quality work & diagnostic.”

“I usually do all the work on my car myself. this time I changed out my VCT valves on my 2008 Ford expedition. after putting it all back together I took it for a road test and it started spitting. I called up B A auto repair and explain to the owners, what I replaced on my engine and told him the problem that it was having, that was on Monday and was told to bring it in Tuesday morning. Showed up a little bit before 11 o’clock The mechanic did a diagnostics, and explain to me what was going on I go ahead and fix it, and since they had the vehicle go ahead and change the spark plugs. I would like to say they were very professional and did an excellent job and were done with my car in about 2 1/2 hours.I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their vehicles worked on”

“I was looking for an affordable mechanic and asked Facebook for any suggestions. Several people suggested him directly as well as he instantly got in contact with me. Not only did he work on my car at 9 o’clock at night unexpectedly after it almost broke down, but he was able to diagnose and fix my car all in one day. I had already taken it to another shop who told me it needed $2000 worth of repairs and wasn’t worth fixing. Within five hours he had it fixed for only $300 and it’s running perfect. Not only that the next day he text me to check in to see how it was running.My overall experience Was amazing! I highly recommend him for not only big jobs but small jobs! “I took my car in for a check engine light and rough idle. John checked the code while I was there, and said he'd call. I Googled the code and saw it could be a dozen different problems. John scoped the engine, checked compression and started with the obvious fixes. He called to brief me and authorize his plan. He fixed the problem, didn't sell me anything he (or I) didn't need, and scoped the engine again to verify his fix. His price was fair, he worked promptly and communicated well. I was both pleased and satisfied with his work.”

“My experience with Auto Alpina and Norik who is the owner has been great. He inspected My 1987 300E and noticed a problem with the engine mount right away and made sure I fixed that first before moving on to what was not so important next. I like it because this helps me prioritize and really pay attention to what the car needs. My car runs like new!! No BS here, just get it done right. Not the cheapest (but very reasonable) shop in the area but I don't like wasting time/money with a handyman. I would recommend it if anyone needs to fix any old Mercedes. Oh! He is not so good at answering the phone or responding because there are only 2 people there so do not expect an easy call back and please be patient.”
