My car broke down outside their shop, and not only did they push it down the block, into their garage, and diagnose it (engine failure) they were SO kind and accommodating while I tried to get it sold and/or towed. They were incredibly patient with me while I worked out what to do and even helped me get everything done to get the car signed over to the new buyer even though they knew they were only collecting the diagnostic fee from me. I'm beyond impressed and will definitely return!”

Did an estimate after walking in, unlike many body shops which require an appointment. Very nice people and accommodating. “Our 1989 Toyota Camry was damaged by a hit and run vehicle. It needed a new rear bumper. Golden Gate Collision's bid was substantially less than the first bid we received. The work was done in two days instead of seven. The repair was so excellent in color and fitting, that it was impossible to see it had been damaged. So we were very happy. Then, when we got in the car, we saw it had been throughly detailed inside as well as outside, which we didn't expect. We've been enjoying that as much as the new bumper.
