“Security Public Storage locations change management often, I am not sure why, but at least the experience with all managers have been great so far! “Michele did a great job communicating with me and setting up a storage unit in advance of moving across the country. On move-in day she efficiently went through all the required info and contract details. The facilities are clean and well looked after with alarms for your units if someone enters without using the gate code. I needed to get a second, smaller unit for more sensitive valuables and Michele gave me a great rate. There are a ton of flat bed carts available that are useful. I only needed to store for a month but my experience was really great, I would definitely recommend using this facility.”

“Service is 5 stars, yes, Shasta is amazing.The prices have gone up more than 100% since i moved in while escaping covid in march 2020. I rented 5x5 which is far away from car access, you have to walk through a locked door for about 20 yards. I rented it out for around $60 in march 2020 then in couple months it was $86, then $96, then it stayed at $108 for at least a year, now went up to $137. Too much for me. I rented that bc in march 2020 all storages were closed and Shasta was the only manager willing to meet me to rent. I didnt fill half of that spaceThe storage itself is not fantastic, one side is to a hill and the bottom of the wall does not meet the floor, i.e. the dirt is showing as the wall is too short. If there are heavy rains, that will get muddy or flood.Luckily my stuff on the top at least looks ok, i will find out what happened to the bottom.... after sitting there for 2 yrs now....”

“Life savers!! After another storage container company left us in a big problem, TPU came to the rescue. We were set to participate in a fundraiser selling fireworks for the 4th of July when the container company I had booked since the beginning of June pulled out on the 27th, the day before we were going to get the merchandise we needed the container for. I spoke with Dave Snyder who was prompt and returned calls and emails quickly. They were able to get us a container by Friday June 30th saving our participation in the fundraiser. The contract was straightforward and even though it was more than we were going to pay, we actually had a container instead of "sorry" and no ability to make money in our fundraiser. Don, the delivery driver was also super cool, helpful, put the container right where it needed to be, super communicative, arrived right when he said he would, and then picked it up right when he said he would. Overall, a great experience.”
