“Discovered them through my realtor and initially intended to collaborate with Faramarz Moeen-Ziai. However, his assistant, Harly Cotaco, ended up handling my case, at least for the initial days. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be quite frustrating. They tend to prolong the process by repeatedly requesting additional documents, only to eventually become unresponsive, regardless of how persistent your attempts to contact them through calls, texts, or voicemails. It's a regrettable investment of time, and the added drawback of a credit inquiry seems entirely unwarranted. I would strongly recommend seeking out a more reliable company and avoiding any association with them.Update: Faramarz called me right after this review and followed up with my application. He looks like a great guy but his team apparently needs some guidance.”

It's in the same plaza with the new Safeway that recently opened in the past few years and a super convenient location for me as a newbie to the neighborhood.Clean and modern interior with helpful staff. There are 2 indoor ATMs, a helpful greeter (shoutout to Maricris, who was lovely), a few tellers, and bankers with private offices who can help set you up with trusts, accounts, etc. Each time I've gone, I've been able to get the service I need without too much wait time.The service we got from Samuel Duran to set up our accounts and notarize some documents was great. He went above and beyond his role by educating us on the pros and cons of certain financial situations and notarizing our legal docs. Tip- if you have an account with Chase, you can get a few docs notarized for free. Normally you have to pay $15 per signature.”

I highly recommend her. I also feel safe using the ATM inside and have had nothing but polite, helpful service from everyone else at this bank.
