“Went to this store to buy a phone and by the time I got rang up the amount due had increased by $100. I questioned muhammad who got really upset. He provide horrible customer service. He was so upset because I did not want all the extras he had added to the plan. I finally bought the phone but he did not help me set up my phone. However , there was another representative present at the store his name is Hamza , he was the reason why I gave the higher stars. If you ever go to this store wait to get service from Hamza . He was patient, polite, really helpful and a true example of what good customers service should be like. Thanks for the great service Hamza.”

“What an honest fellow! My 55" Sony mysteriously stopped working, so after trying every conceivable way to start it, I took off the back panel just to see if there was anything obviously wrong (like a burned part, whatever). Nothing amiss. So I took it to Mohammed and paid my $20, his estimation fee, and he called me the next day and said "It's working." Apparently my touch wasn't as sensitive as his! So, I went to pick it up and was delighted to hear "no charge." Wow, what a guy! I'm still scratching my head wondering why in creation it would start for him and not me... oh well...”

“The customer service was exceptional. Despite the area of vallejo its located, it was extremely clean and profesional environment. Everything routinely santitized. I was helped by Uriel. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was overwhelmed with problems when i walked in, but he had patience and resolved everything quickly. Making it possible for me to handle the rest of my day. The manager was also very sweet and helpful, although I did not catch her name.Their support team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with the Metro on 3315 Sonoma Blvd was very pleasant.”

“The best T-MOBILE experience I’ve had in years. Honestly the best experience that I’ve EVER had with T-Mobile.T-Mobile customer service sent me on a wild goose chase around the Bay Area. Thanks to the store manager Kevyn and the associate Cameron W. I was able to leave with exactly what I needed. I filed an insurance claim with TMobile that turned out to be a waste of time. 4 Uber rides and half a day later the team at this location was able to assist me when no one at other locations or at customer service would/could. I highly recommend this location. And the music was amazing lol. If I’m going to spend $400 that I hadn’t planned on spending at least I could do it while listening to Prince & Bon Jovi.”
