I had been to 3 other Verizon stores and they told me my phone was faulty. Otis sought out the right people to get it activated. He was patient and made sure my son was entertained while we were waiting for the phone to get activated.”

“This 7-11 hasn't changed in 30 years. I used to buy candy here when it was under 25 cents.I hope it never changes.If you are friendly to the staff, the staff will be friendly to you. They also have ice now, which I don't remember before.My only complaints:1. Only IPA beers; plllllease just one amber ale or pilsner or something!2. If you go during school hours (high school 3 blocks away), prepare for a long line. Not their fault.”

Julian was a complete dear and instantly fixed it and showed me how to fix that problem on my own. Thank you so much again!
