“I was impressed with the customer service. Marcie made me feel welcomed the minute I walked into the store. She was knowledgeable about the running shoes and made good recommendations. I needed a shoe that has a lot of cushioning and she allowed me to try on many different sizes and styles. I also liked how I was able to pay and check out without having to go to the front desk. I will definitely be back to purchase more shoes!”

This store offers what Madewell is known for providing; i.e. a variety of nice clothing options for women and for men. As each Madewell store offers slight variants in what they are selling, what you will find at this shop may be slightly different from what you will find at other Madewell stores. One way or the other, this store offers the style of clothing and accessories that you can expect from this brand. The shop is well organized and staffed by knowledgeable employees who are happy to help you out if you need it. Overall, if you are in the South Bay and need some Madewell something, this is your place to go.”

“I love this store ! Not only are the clothes and accessories amazing always but also the employees are nice, helpful and friendly. I love this store because they have a great selection for many age groups of women here and always fashionable and great stuff. I didn't catch the names of the ladies who helped me but they were so nice and helped me choose what I needed. No pushy sales here - just nice help with a kind smile. Highly recommend to anyone. Wish I lived closer to this store as I love going in vs catalog or online shopping.”

“It's a super cute boutique at a reasonable price point. I'm not overwhelmed by the selection but can always find a few things I like. There are a few reviews about customer service... I personally prefer being left alone when shopping so if an associate doesn't engage with me, that's a plus. As long as they offer to start me a dressing room as I collect items, I'm happy. I hope this store sticks around!”
