“I'm giving this review based off of my experience. The grooming salon took my baby as a walk in on the same day. I was reluctant to go back to PetSmart because of my experience at the Hawthorne location but I'm glad I was able to give petsmart a second chance with a new fur baby. This was my babies first hair cut and she came back looking very clean and well groomed and didn't try to up charge me and give me an excuse upon pick up or even at drop off. Thank you to Lily for handling her grooming services. You did an amazing job. My baby came back super energetic and hyper which was not what I was expecting, which meant she was taken care of. I will be going back to this location specifically to handle all her grooming needs. They told me they were gonna see if they would be able to give her a haircut since it was her first one, if not it would just be a trim and bath & when I picked her up they were successful in doing so.
