I got a diagnosis from a different shop that my brakes needed replaced, but the quote was shockingly high. I called around and BMC gave me a much more reasonable price, and the work was done within about 6 hours of my initial phone call. The guys there were friendly and very capable.

I was desperately in need of some help when a bolt broke on my motorcycle not letting me shift and making the motorcycle unrideable. When no one said they could help, I brought it here and within 5 minutes the bolt was out. Outstanding customer service. 10/10 recommend!
