“I have been banking with chase for about 4 years now. I have never really had any problems with them. Most of my transactions are done through outside drive thru a.t.m. there is 2 on site. If you get off to a walk up a.t.m inside there is 3. They also have 2 a.t.m inside by the tellers that are only accessible when the bank is open. At those you can withdraw up to 10k. This location usually has a handful of tellers helping out with customers at their desks and 2 tellers with transactions. There is plenty of parking but late Thursday-Saturday the parking is always full. There is street parking on the Garvey side. Coffee is available inside.”

Once upon a time, my partner and I pulled a Sisyphus, aka an uphill battle. We thought we'd by a house without a buyer's agent but needed preapprovals to kick off the house hunting process. Cue Arin's arrival on stage. “John Thompson, David Thompson and the whole team gave me rates for a new purchase of a triplex. The rates were better than the two other companies I was looking at. I thought I could beat the system and work an owner occupied situation that would've saved me $200 per month. John told me he couldn't pull it off and I didn't like that answer so I decided to go with another company. Big mistake. The other firm promised they could pull it off and match any quote. In the end they couldn't but the worst thing is they didn't match the great rate John offered. They could but I would've had to pay over a point. So I called John and his team back and they helped me get financing within 2 weeks but also they treated me with utmost respect. Thank you for coming through for me.
