“My husband and I got extremely lucky with finding Jack. We were on Zillow, like everyone else, desperately trying to find a home within our budget these past 6 months in our dream location. Jack was our assigned zillow agent at a random because we wanted to see a property that had not listed an open house. Being randomly selected without much background time to check and let's be real, it is hard to trust anyone even if they had great reviews online with all the hard earned money you are going to spend on a downpayment.
I will not lie that I had hesitations at first because I am so used to researching before a choice... but boy did Jack meet all of our expectations. Jack is a honest, professional, and down to earth . What we love about him is he is extremely responsive and very direct communicator. Finding all those qualities in one person is what you. As first time home buyers and also 1st generation of immigrant parents without much helpful advice to off of besides the internet and friends, Jack guided us and never made us feel dumb or like we were wasting him time by the types of questions we had.
We went through the whole emotional rollercoaster of home buying with Jack. (from counteroffers to getting beat out to finally finding our 1st home and successfully closing escrow). He sent us similar properties after our counteroffer got rejected and even after putting down a firm offer on the home that we eventually got... he was so thoughtful to ask us if we wanted to see a property that just got posted on the street we mentioned that we were interested in WITHOUT us asking just so we wouldn't feel like we were missing out and made the right decision for us. I didn't even know I needed this!
I would recommend working with Jack and his team 1000%. Don't hesistate if you are doing your due diligence on Jack as a real estate agent.
