“Everyone in this bank is so personable and professional. I usually avoid going inside a bank, this is my 5th time going in this branch and they are so pleasant in there and help in a timely manner. Philip is amazing with great customer service, always putting on a smile and the willingness to help. Philip had helped me 3 other times and each time I've learn something new! For example I was trying to deposit a check to my Merrill Edge account and I don't have my debit card on me and he said I can deposited through the mobile app but I thought it's only if I deposit to my checking account. Yesterday I walked in there and wanted to ask if I can get Euro from the bank since I am leaving on a trip. Again, Philip showed me how to order it on my mobile app!
