Philip is amazing with great customer service, always putting on a smile and the willingness to help. Philip had helped me 3 other times and each time I've learn something new! For example I was trying to deposit a check to my Merrill Edge account and I don't have my debit card on me and he said I can deposited through the mobile app but I thought it's only if I deposit to my checking account. Yesterday I walked in there and wanted to ask if I can get Euro from the bank since I am leaving on a trip. Again, Philip showed me how to order it on my mobile app! He's great, never in a hurry or rushing me out, super helpful and has such a sweet personality. He's a great asset this BofA!”

Do you have any plans today, JANE?" No, they don't do that here like they do at other Chase locations. They are pleasant & professional, but not familiar. Huzzah! Large parking lot with lots of shaded areas. Indoor & outdoor ATMs. Never had to wait more than 3 or 4 minutes for a teller. Just a pleasant place to bank.”
