“I’ll never take my BMW anywhere else but here! Clement and Peter are excellent mechanics—they are honest and only fix what needs to be done without price gouging like others. They will keep contact the entire time your vehicle is there and update you as they go. What I appreciate most is that they use all genuine BMW parts and will show you and explain what’s wrong with your car. They are BMW specialists and extremely knowledgeable about these types of cars. My car had numerous problems after I bought it from a scammer on the street. I brought it here for repairs, and it turned out the timing chain was completely broken and the turbo was failing. Clement really went above and beyond to fix my car, even doing part of the work for free just to get it running again. I truly can’t believe people can be this kind and caring. Now my car drives like new. They have gained a customer for life! I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you so much!”

David is knowledgeable , efficient and extremely friendly . He has our best interest and is always working above and beyond his duties to help the customer . We are so impressed by his willingness to help us get our dream car. We spent 4 hr in Longo and is worth every minute of it since we know David will have our back . Ms Elise Fong is also very patient with us and spent almost an hour to explain the lease terms to us in detail . We appreciate her honesty and especially not pushing all the unnecessary services to increase the lease amount . She only recommended the gap insurance , which is crucial if the car is stolen or crashed by uninsured motorist . Kudos to Ms Elise Fong for her friendliness and her honesty . She talked to us like we are old friends and made us feel so comfortable .

“Brought my Honda Accord after getting a diagnosis from the Dealership. My car had suddenly had a full-lit dashboard and wouldn't accelerate more than 10mph. The Dealership wanted to Replace the 'damaged' head gasket for $5,000. I brought it here and the mechanic said there was no damaged gasket, just some bad spark plugs.
