“I always love target and will give them five stars, except the bathrooms are always disgusting. The bathrooms have always been subpar (which is the norm for most targets) but now that they have gotten rid of the paper, towel dispensers, and it is even worse. Since no one can dry their hands properly, there is water all over the floor, which then leads to wet muck all over the floor. The stalls seem to perpetually be out of toilet paper. Target is always more expensive than Walmart and usually more expensive than purchasing online, so you'd think they'd provide some paper towels and clean the bathrooms once in awhile.”

I recently visited the AT&T store located at 1860 Prairie City Rd Ste 200, Folsom, CA 95630, and was met with exceptional service by DJ, a store representative. My initial purpose was simple. I wanted to put a new SIM into my insurance replacement phone. However, DJ turned this visit into an invaluable service experience that far exceeded my expectations.

From the outset, DJ ensured I didn't have to wait long, demonstrating his accommodating nature. As we discussed my situation, it became clear that I had concerns beyond just the SIM card. Specifically, my Z Fold 3 had suffered crease damage from repeatedly opening it, a frustrating design flaw. DJ listened intently and then sprang into action.

He adeptly navigated my options, leading to the cancellation of my warranty claim for the Z Fold 3. His proactive approach didn't stop there; he also guided me through trading in my damaged phone for the new Z Fold 5, which has been redesigned to prevent such issues. DJ’s knowledge about the improvements in the Z Fold 5 was incredibly helpful, and he worked diligently to ensure I could get it with an affordable monthly payment plan.

The level of professionalism and expertise DJ exhibited was nothing short of impressive. He managed to transform a routine visit into a comprehensive solution that perfectly addressed my needs. “I can't say enough about this location. I had several phone issues, and Seth went over and above to make sure I had a working phone, even working with me 1.5 hours after the store closed. I received a defective phone from asurian, but Seth would not give up and kept trying to activate a phone that was defective. Seth worked on my broken phone to make sure it somewhat worked, so I would have a phone while 2nd replacement phone arrived. When 2nd replacement arrived, I did not hesitate to return to this location, and of course, Seth was there to help me with my new phone, and even Johnny jumped in to assist during times they became busy. These guys are awesome. I refuse to go anywhere else. Thank you so much. They are so knowledgeable and patient. This location will be my go-to for new phones or phone issues.”

She was respectful,open to questions and a good listener.Different options were provided about services and availability of cell phones.Spent good amount of time while reseting all the phones and transferring all the data.I didn't even feel tired because of all the good attention and respect there. “I was in the area visiting family, when my mom and I stopped by Target. I'm never one to pass up a Target shopping adventure!!! Target is my happy place (just about tied for 1st place with being home..shhh!! Don't tell my bed I said that, he doesn't like to share!) I was amazed on how huge this location was once I got in the parking lot. It even has an optometry center (Never seen such a thing!). We didn't get to peruse the store as we were looking for a couple specific supplements in the pharmacy area. The employee at the pharmacy counter was really sweet and helpful..she came from behind the counter when we were struggling to find a supplement that doesn't appear to be in stock. Although we had no luck, we were able to find the other item we were looking for and the pharmacy gal allowed to pay at her counter. I didn't get her name, but, she was an absolute doll! Thank you for going above and beyond! :DI definitely will stop by this Target again when I'm in Rocklin again and in need of another Target run! :)”

“This is the biggest Target in the Folsom + El Dorado county area. It recently under went renovation. Changes you will see: -lights are brighter -there's a second smaller seasonal area near the door. Right now there are several Sun Squad items (that are 20%), summer wines, lawn chairs, pool supplies, and large containers of pop corn kernels (drive in movie, or project one in the backyard and watch from your pool?) -the makeup section has been made to feel more like an Ulta -the clothing section feels like a H&M, with two different fitting areas. -they have a decent liquor, wine, and beer section now. -The toy section has stepped up its game with a cool Lego sculpture in the middle that looks rather Instagram worthy + several interactive playareas including a heat sensitive/ color changing wall, series of speaking tubes, and lots of cool other things to discover. Seems like this section goes on and on, so you may want to prepare yourself if you're going in with kids or a husband. -There's a section just for children's books. Next to that you'll find a big display for the most recent kids merchandise thing, right now it's Toy Story 4, before that it was Minecraft. Everything feels more interactive and enticing. I have to remind myself I'm on a budget, especially when I got to the Stranger Things merchandise in my size (July 4th is so soon! ). Target definitely has the family with small children niche down with smooth rolling shopping carts that are perfect for putting a baby to sleep. A baby section that's very well organized, with competitive prices. Their breast feeding policy, is to let mother nurse undisturbed in the changing rooms. There's a Starbucks + I already mentioned the toy section (yep you're going to need coffee for that).”
