I Was blatantly lied to about my plan, and am getting a over $400 bill that I've spent over 3 hours trying to get reversed. I've been told 4 times that It'll be handled today. It's been over a week. I will never get another Verizon phone again and am starting the process of switching to TMobile.

Great work Verizon El Cerrito Plaza! Appreciate Otis' expertise getting my new iPhone 15 working when no one else could do it. I had been to 3 other Verizon stores and they told me my phone was faulty. Otis sought out the right people to get it activated. He was patient and made sure my son was entertained while we were waiting for the phone to get activated.

Chiming in to agree with all the negative reviews, with the caveat that this store was one of the reasons I HAD maintained my Verizon plan, knowing it HAD great service and knowledgeable staff. OMG have things changed there! Despite my appointment being made by a CORPORATE employee, they refused to provide the service that CORPORATE said they would. Is it my fault that there is an issue between this store and their corporate office? Nope. That is their problem to solve. Anyhoo, they rolled their eyes then refused to provide necessary service to someone who was obviously struggling with a simple tech issue. It would have taken them 2 minutes to fix the issue. Seriously, they chose to lose a customer (and one with a big mouth, hence this review) for likely +20 more years. (I can't tell you how many people I've sent to that store in the last +15 years. NEVER AGAIN.)

Five stars for well deserved excellent service reviving my six year old i-Pad Pro now set up to use all the new technology out today. Verizon has ideal cellular alternatives for Richmond residents facing WIFI problems or landline issues.

This review is primarily for Alexis. I had a really bad experience with my phone yesterday, and I had already been to Best Buy and the Verizon store in Pinole. They could not help me, so I was sebt to the store in El Cerrito. Alexis immediately started helping me, and had me all set up. I ended up having to come back due to my own issue, and she once again helped get me all set up. Thanks so much to Alexis for her help on what was a very traumatic day for me.

Staff will just sit on their phones with their AirPods in for 30 min while multiple costumers are waiting. I would love to work there and get paid for scrolling on my phone! Let me know if you’re hiring.

The staff is helpful enough once you finally get assistance. That said, they are always busy, they are always understaffed, and the wait is always ridiculous. There are only so many phones I can poke at to keep myself entertained while I wait. If I can possibly do it online you can bet that I will.

Hats off to the store manager Cameron for fixing a really complicated account issue for me. I was pretty doubtful to be honest, but he kept his word and made things right. Outstanding service that went way beyond my expectations for a Verizon shop.

God, I dread coming in. Had to wait an inordinate amount of time just to drop of a trade-in and had to brush off up-sells. It is what it is. Honestly if you need a VZW store, you don't have much choice, do you?

We came to Verizon to open a account, the personal works very bad, they said us to wait 40 minutes, I’ve waited more than an hour and at the end they purposed us to refuse the Verizon services.Employees treat customers with disrespect. While we waited for such long time the personal was doing nothing.

The store manager was absolutely amazing when it came to customer service. Whenever I had a question or needed help, they were right there, ready to assist. They truly listened to what I had to say. If there was ever an issue, they handled it with such professionalism and speed that I was always impressed. Their dedication to making sure I had a great experience really stood out to me. They went above and beyond to exceed my expectations and make me feel valued as a customer. Thanks to their exceptional customer service, I've become a loyal customer, and I always look forward to shopping there.

Verizon is a thief. Please be aware and don’t sign up with them. I have been good customer for over 5 years. My usual bill is $250 but they kept charging me $600 for the past 4 months and the customer service is zero help. Be aware.

I must have great luck. Every time I've gone to this Verizon store, I find parking, I walk in, no wait, no brush off or indifference and the best of all, I get nice helpful guys. Today I walk in about 1045 am and I was bracing myself to be talked into buying a new phone since my ringer had been slowly not ringing more and more. Like, you can lose friends when you don't answer, people get pretty annoyed. So I see two guys sitting by the entrance and they stand up right away and I say "Do Not Laugh At Me". I just knew my request so was piddling and I'd end up spending $$$on a new phone. One guy smiled broadly and said "no guarantees!". Hey, I already got an honest answer. The other guy calls my phone from his phone. Of course it rings. I said "text me" and he does but he does manage to say with a straight face "your ringer is turned off" and I look at him and say "other than that, flip it on, okay?" and he does without snickering. It does not consistently ring. I feel justified yet I can feel a new iphone 15 hoovering in the background. The guy fiddles with my phone and shows me a little thing that says "Notifications" that was turned off. We look at each other, curse words ready to roll out of my mouth and both had to laugh. I left, no new iphone 15, nice guy who knew his stuff and was just so professional yet friendly. No hustle, no rush, no stalling. How good is that!
