“Turning in a 16' truck, I went to customer service and handed over the key after a short wait in line. The young lady went to check the truck then came back and filled out her paperwork. Since I had insurance, they didn't worry about the dent I had made. She told me there was an extra charge for lateness (I arrived 5 minutes late) but it was up to Penske to charge me. They never did. Overall I felt Penske treated me like a valuable customer.”

Easy reservation (just call), smooth process and transaction. In my last 3 business moves, I've used Doherty's every single time. I had an issue with a lift gate once and they were quick to remedy it and even helped me transfer my heavy loads into the new truck.
